First time here to this particular location very smaller older store parking was a nightmare on a weekend evening very busy shopping place area as this restaurant establishment is attached to a strip mall area but overall waited about hour 45 minutes for our table did the app for our wait that's very handy if you don't know about it makes it so much easier our waited was the best! He kept up on everything we needed also this restaurant had peanuts on the floor like how it use to be I haven't seen that at any other ones in many years but over definitely recommend this restaurant.
Parking: Extremely hard to find parking on the weekends!
Server was nice, everything else about the experience was terrible. Three out of four orders were wrong after waiting 50 minutes for the food, and we waited 25 minutes to even be seated.
Like this place for family dine-in. I ordered my sirloin to be medium, but it came medium well - this was my only complaint. Other than that, their service was great and friendly. Their dinner rolls and cinnamon butter are to die for. My husband loves their cactus blossoms.
Decent and relatively affordable food, but lacks excitement as an actual chain of restaurants. The menu consists of a lot of relatively cheap meat dishes. The portions are a little too big and it's easy to get overwhelmed by the constant stream of free bread. However, so long as you know what you're getting you should be totally fine. I expect this should be fine for most people going into a Texas Roadhouse. This location is perfectly adequate.
Super salty mushrooms and onions the steak, veggies not all the way cooked. Steak was good though. Super nice waitress though. She was polite when we went. So services was good! Wish food wasn't salty, and the salad drenched in dressing, bread is good, and fresh though.
My daughter missed Christmas, so when the weather improved, I brought Christmas to her. While in Columbus visiting, I took her out to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Waitress was great very attentive. Dinners were cooked perfectly, just as we ordered, bartender went a bit crazy with the mixer in my Long Island tea, but other than that things were perfect.
Ate there tonight, Christmas eve. Michaella was great! Food was good. All around great experience.
Went to this location for dinner on December 10, 2022. Our experience was excellent. The appetizers and dinner were spot on. Our server Kenya was the highlight of the night. She was very knowledgeable in answering our questions and was one of the best servers we have ever had. What was the most impressive about our experience was this was only Kenya’s third day on the job. What an incredible young lady she is. We were so impressed with her that we talked to her manager about our visit. In a time where businesses are having a hard time getting quality employees and keeping them we found that the staff here including management to be very efficient, friendly and professional. Keep it up! I would also like to mention that we will ask for Kenya the next time we visit.
good steaks at resonable prices tasty brews and cocktails tv's!!!!!
We were there this evening for family dinner, the food was perfectly prepared and served hot. Our server Edith, was absolutely outstanding, she was very professional and friendly, the restaurant was very busy tonight but Edith didn’t in any way let our family be neglected. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a great dinner and even better sever.

It’s unfortunate to say that I’m used to slow and bad service but my waitress was TOP NOTCH. I believe her name was Naomie, but she is a beautiful chocolate girl with hazel eyes and a pearly white smile. My family and I were so infatuated with her! I couldn’t stop staring at her. She was such a sweetheart, and was EXTREMELY fast when it came to anything we asked for. I admit i was a bit nervous when she didn’t write our order down since I had a few modifications but she somehow still managed to get my order perfectly correct as to other times waiters write the order down and still have gotten it wrong. The food was delicious as always! She even asked us if we were interested in deserts which is rare as well. I can’t remember coming here and being offered cheesecakes and brownies. I’ll have to get it next time. I just want to thank you for the service the good food ?We would love to have her wait on us more in the future!
No rolls, terribly sized/overcooked steaks, meals weren’t prepared correctly, lack of waitress(not her fault).
Great experience - the family had a wonderful time!
This is one of the best Texas Roadhouse we have been to so far! The customer service started as soon as we stepped our foot in the door. We were greeted by Mara who by the way had the most comforting and pleasant attitude. Before we even sat down she had the sweet delicious bread in hand ready for us to eat. Next we were greeted by our waiter April who was super nice and attentive as well. April offered us even more bread after she saw we had gobbled down the first batch ( they were fresh and delicious) lol. She came back multiple times to check on us and offered to refill our drinks. Amazing service! Lastly we were greeted by their manager Armani who heard we were first timers at that particular location so she came, introduced herself, gave us some free coupons, and a bag of peanuts. She was very nice and pleasant as well and we felt so appreciative and welcomed. This location was fully staffed with employees. Food came out fresh and good. Overall fantastic service at this location. They really made my husband and I quick bite to eat a very pleasant experience for sure!!!!
I had never been to Texas Roadhouse before and kept hearing how good the rolls were. It was a Sunday night and it was very busy but we didn't mind waiting. Once we got seated we already knew what we wanted so we figured we could order and make this a fairly quick dinner. We were very wrong, first the plates they brought with our rolls were dirty and had particles of food on them. My husband ordered a beer and the glass had things on it that looked like it had not been washed. I tried the rolls and I have to say that was the only thing that was good about our experience. Once we ordered my side salad came out so fast which I thought set the tone for the evening but I was very wrong. Our waitress was talking to the booth behind us and they were very loudly yelling that they had waited an hour for their food and were very upset they had not received anything. Moments later they got their food and told it was comped. Well we waited and waited and waited and an hour later we were still waiting. I will say our waitress was very apologetic the whole time and we were told their kitchen was short staffed and that is why the wait was so long. During this time my husband ordered another beer.....20 min later it finally came, during this time two servers decided to stand in front of our booth less than 5 feet away and talk about how old some girl they work with was. They had no care we were right there or could hear every word they said. Our food finally came out and was just okay, however we waited just as long as the table behind us and I guess you have to be aggressive and loud for the manager to care to comp anything. I am fine with paying for my meal but when you wait and hour and they are comping other people who went through exactly what you did paying $70 for dinner seems a little disappointing. I also never once saw a manager walking around to tables apologizing or making an appearance. Overall we both agreed we will never go back.
