Had my order canceled as my Jr Kids meal took over 30 plus minutes and still wasn't ready! Never again.

Sangria margarita was delicious, giant, and perfect. Food was also perfect, and service was fantastic! Wonderful for date night. The only drawback was the sheer amount of children's birthday parties getting loudly cheered about on a Saturday.

12oz Ribeye was as thin as a crepe!! Very disappointing!!! My mother’s and son’s sirloin was much thicker!! Probably last time I will visit this location.

Usually have a good experience when dining in but we got carry out for 2 people yesterday and we had to wait 20+ minutes after the pickup time for our food to be ready. We go in to get our food and we are missing a bunch of things. We were supposed to get 6 rolls, we only had 2 in the bag. We were missing sauces and salad dressings. Then we had to wait another 10 min for them to get all the missing things so we didn’t leave until 30+ minutes after our order should have been ready. We understand Friday’s are busy, it was annoying we had to wait 20 min after the 30 minutes we were already quoted for our food to be ready, but it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if our order was actually correct and had all the things we paid for when it was finally ready.

The food at this Texas Roadhouse was consistent with other Texas Roadhouse locations. Steaks were delicious, pork chops were tender and cooked thoroughly. They have a long list of side dishes and delicious mixed drinks. My one complaint, and it is not only at this location but at other TR locations, is the noise level inside the dining area. It is incredibly loud, making it practically impossible to hold a conversation with the person sitting across the table from you I don’t know if the acoustics for this restaurant chain is designed this way, but there is a constant stream of human voices talking, overhead music playing, waitresses going to tables to do the birthday song, and bartenders making drinks at the bar that is pretty much in the center of the dining room. I just personally prefer a quieter dining experience. But the food and service were both excellent.

Never can place an order here. Always something. Too busy, short staffed, etc… they’ll be the next restaurant gone in that area.

an hour and half for a carry out order, it was pushing it when promised 45min time. I went it for the order thinking they gave mine away, still think they did, tried to give me someone else's order. I asked for a manager, never saw o e. Assume they need a manager.

I usually have a great experience, ordered to go, pick up my food, they are out of cheesecake, no problem, but then they tell me , we’ll refund you, it’ll take 3-5 days. ( I guess I’m supposed to trust you, no update to my receipt, or anything). I get home . I ordered 3 salads , and a kids meal. Missing ingredients on the salads, and no bread to go with the salads, but they did provide the butter. No drink to go with the kids meal. Like I said , I usually have a great experience, this was disappointing. But you got the tip I normally leave. Do better.

I really love this location & honestly come here ALOT, however my last trip here there was a busser cleaning tables, he had blue gloves on slamming glasses just being really loud and rude. Well I just so happened to see him with his blue gloves ON walking into the bathroom with only his phone in his hands. 10 minutes later he comes back out WITH THE BLUE GLOVES ON touching table menus etc 🤢 told the manager and he didn't really seem to care. Pretty gross. I was coming here like 3 - 4 times a week but haven't been back since

Wow!! That’s really all I can say about our piss poor experience last night at this location and this used to be the only one we would normally go to!!! Where do I even begin; from the hostess with the mostess (well or at least she thought😆) putting our name to the side and having us wait for an hour and ask about a table I know of at least 3-4 times feeling as though we were forgot about since we were seeing people being sat that came in after us to where it ended up being obvious that we were being skipped over intentionally that when we asked again 1 hour later they simply pulled our name from a side pile of little papers and took us straight to our booth??!!! 🤔, to getting to our booth that one side was still very very clearly wet and anyone with a brain wouldn’t sit there themselves so we patiently waited for our waitress to come around so we could ask if we could get that dried so that me and the two kids could sit down since they noticed it too, then you have the bus boy griping about having to do his job right in front of us since he apparently did such a piss poor job the first time and he had to come back he was upset with us and made that known right in front of us and the kids, cursing and carrying on with himself to where he should have been probably sent home for the day to cool off as that was very unprofessional on his part like I said just wipe it down the first time correctly and you wouldn’t have had to come back because NOBODY WANTS TO SIT ON A WET/DIRTY BOOTH SEAT AT A RESTAURANT, then there was the ding dong manager comes around who clearly lets her staff run the show there and she says I know it doesn’t help but I am sorry about everything and she doesn’t try to make it right and we just mainly wanted her to know about the bus boys poor behavior especially because we had children with us and that’s all she could say!!!!! I have never felt so unwanted and mistreated when going to out to eat like I did the entire time as I did at this Texas Roadhouse!! Almost to where we felt we were discriminated against is how we felt at this location specifically. And then you got the waitress Julianna that was like a dry piece of toast and just blended right on into the whole crappy situation but then the icing on the cake from her was at the end of the night when bringing my change to our bill, she brings it and lays it on the table, doesn’t say anything, Doesn’t make eye contact pretty much like she didnt do most of the night no conversation no have a good night, No nothing!!! Lays it down really quick and walks off quickly!! We are not rude people and know how to treat people just to add that as well!! You would think someone who bases their earnings on tips would go out of their way to be a little nicer, but she did not care. She just added to our horrible experience. I still tipped her because I’m a decent human being even though she could not be a decent human being to make our experience a little better! And the manager for this location, you need to do better and obviously retrain your employees on basic morals and basic customer service we were still very nice and treated your employees with respect because it could’ve went sideways, but we had children with us and like I said we still know how to treat people!!Especially when you’re going out to eat and pay for services and not so Cheap services at that!!!! You expect to get a little bit better service than we got!!! Do better Texas roadhouse especially at this location so needless to say we won’t be going back to this one ever again!!! 🤯😡
