2 stars because the service was fantastic: 5 stars... but the food was 1 star. I asked for a medium well sirloin, but got a very over well done sirloin, almost unbearable to eat. My jaw is sore from the chewing. It's almost as hard to chew as beef jerky. So disappointing. I went our of my way because I was craving a Texas Roadhouse steak. 😔 I also asked specifically for regular butter, but received 2 cinnamon butters instead. The sweet potato & the service I received for my take order was really great! I haven't been to this location for awhile, but eating in restaurant, I've never had quality issues like this before.

Former restaurant manager here. Ordered online. Drove up to the pickup shack and there was no one in there and lights were not on after a few minutes of no one coming in park and head inside. There the hostess tells me pickups are outside, I inform her no one is there and told her I can just take it here. She responds that picks are outside, again I remind her that I was out there waiting and there is no one out there and I looked in the windows and there was no food. She stubbornly repeated that pick up are outside. So I go back out and drive back around to the pick up shack. Get home and we are missing all sides for 1 order. I drive back and inform them. They do not apologize. 4 minutes later I see the attendant coming out and she stops to have a 2 minute conversation with another staff member. I sit there watching the joke while holding my food. She hand me 3 separate containers not in a bag and then offers me a bag of peanuts. Food was good but there needs to be a retraining of the staff. It will be a while before we decide to come back.

Love TRH! There's not one in my area so whenever I get close to one it's my go-to dinner. Steaks are great. Service is excellent.
I love this place and their food. It's my favorite restaurant. I know that some may disagree when you know why they do it, but I cannot stand that they will, at random, not let you sit and wait on the rest of your people. The reason they do it is because if there's an entire party waiting, they want to sit them so they can eat. My issue with this is almost every time I'm here, the building is half empty. I believe that constitutes as bad service, at that point.

Overall not bad. Food was good. But the other 2 individuals in our party were running 15 mins late due to traffic and they refused to seat us until they were there. We were hoping to get a table and have some drinks in the meantime. Since they refused, we went across the street to have a margarita, came back, ate, ordered water and then back across the street for more margaritas. They lost out on sales and the server on tips, since we were refused to be seated and have some drinks in the meantime. 🤷🏻♂️ Really made us feel not valued as a guest.
