Zero stars, they had a line, and they told me 20- 40 minutes and took my number and i doubled checked to ensure they had correct number. Waited 40 minutes and no text or anything or heard my name. Went up to the stand and same guy said “ oops “ sorry we don’t have your info. What is it again, it will be 15-30 minute wait.

We love Texas Roadhouse and were very excited to try this new location for my birthday. We arrived right at open since we had a large party of 9 including a small child. After being sat at two separate tables we asked to be seated all together because we prefer to sit together as a family. We were told by both our hostess and a manager that the entire location DOES NOT accommodate, and was NOT designed/built for parties larger than 7. We asked if we could pull a table together with a booth and were told it is not allowed because “it is against the rules for waitress/servers to have more than 3 tables”. You are a large chain restaurant and decide to not fit/be able to accommodate even a single large party section in any part of this newly built restaurant, I honestly do not understand. We were patient as well as confused but did not stay because of the lack of accommodating. I digress.

On November 20, 2024 my family and I went to the Texas Roadhouse location in New Albany. I ordered a prime rib , 45 minutes later our waitress Sasha came and said that the restaurant was out of prime rib. I was very disappointed and asked to speak with the restaurant manager who was Shannon. She told me a few excuses that had nothing to do with me. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said yes, I will have the bone in ribeye. I waited 15 to 20 minutes to get my food and in the meantime my family was eating their food. The restaurant manager didn’t ask me if she could provide any discount or anything for my inconvenience. I felt extremely disappointed and disrespected by her lack of concern about my experience. I plan to speak with her general manager and contact the corporate office about this matter. I would not recommend going to this restaurant. Me and my family had a horrible experience!!!

We took my husband for his birthday and it was a great experience! The food and service were all top notch. They were very busy, but were able to accommodate a party of 8, pretty nicely, so a little bit of a waiting delay was understandable, and not bad. Our waitress did outstanding. The only tiny issue was the music was too loud. Thank you Texas Roadhouse and welcome to the neighborhood!
