Went to Texas Roadhouse in New Albany today for dinner with my family and it was a fantastic dining experience. Food was great, our servers were amazing, atmosphere was excellent, manager was personable and the entire experience was outstanding. I am typically very disappointed when I eat out so I always expect to be disappointed. Texas Roadhouse has renewed my faith in eating out and I look forward to a return visit.

Taylor was an amazing server! She anticipated every need. Hit every step of service with ease. We never had to ask for a refill. She didn’t even skimp on portions if we needed extra butter or sour cream. Food runner was prompt. Host was friendly. It was refreshing to have great service as soon as we walked in the door and as we departed. We even received goodbyes from other employees on our way out. Kudos to management! Heck of team you have there.

We dined here on Monday, October 15, 2025. Our server was Kathleen, She was very warm, personable and accommodating. our food was excellent. If you get there before 5 o’clock, you can take advantage of the early dining experience for $12.99 where you get a smaller portion, which is adequate for us.
Management is doing something right, they seem to cover all their bases.
