This spot nails the BBQ. The ribs are perfectly smoked with a true Texas style rub, and the sandwiches are outstanding. The smoked chicken is juicy, and the Roundup Sandwich, with brisket and Texas links, pairs beautifully with tangy coleslaw. Only complaint was the sides. The sides fall short. The mac and cheese was nearly inedible, the beans tasted canned with an odd mix of kidney beans and onions, and the cornbread, was so so.

I started going to Texas steel BBQ a few weeks ago. I was blown away. I love barbecue, particularly beef brisket. There’s is the best in Columbus by far. You have to make sure you watch the Facebook post regularly because locations can change the same day. Highly recommend 11 out of 10.
The Brisket & Rib is very tender the sauce is on the side. My personal prefence would have to had on the meat. Im not a fan of the sides. I was truly disapointed when the oner told me he makes the Southern Potato Salad homemade from scratch, this poatao salad isn't homemade, Sir it's store bought with u attemping to dr it up..... I gave 3 stars for the meat because it's done well. Never lie to a customer who can cook like a chef.......
