100% appalled at The Piano Bar. We had reservations for months and months for a milestone in a huge group of people’s lives and the Piano Bar tosses us aside like pure trash. Absolutely no loyalty! This will be a location I cross off my list forever. They may have made money in the short term, but this is not good business for any sort of longevity.Good day!

Be aware if you place a reservation for a large party this new ownership is willing to cancel with minimal notice leaving you high and dry. Made a reservation 4 months in advance only to have it canceled 24 days before for a party of 35. Completely disappointed in this new ownership. Always have a plan B for when the Piano Bar leaves you hanging!

Reserved tables for 40 people for a birthday/retirement get-together. Was able to bring in food. Our tables were all reserved and an area was set up for us to put our food on. Music was fantastic! We all had an unbelievably WONDERFUL time. Kenny is an involved charismatic manager. High recommend!
Customer beware: This establishment charges $2.50 for a cup of TAP water. (New rule the GM put in place??)I would assume this is a health/ safety issue for customers within the Columbus Code.Always loved it before this most recent visit. Would no longer recommend this place.
