100% appalled at The Piano Bar. We had reservations for months and months for a milestone in a huge group of people’s lives and the Piano Bar tosses us aside like pure trash. Absolutely no loyalty! This will be a location I cross off my list forever. They may have made money in the short term, but this is not good business for any sort of longevity.Good day!

Be aware if you place a reservation for a large party this new ownership is willing to cancel with minimal notice leaving you high and dry. Made a reservation 4 months in advance only to have it canceled 24 days before for a party of 35. Completely disappointed in this new ownership. Always have a plan B for when the Piano Bar leaves you hanging!

For a Saturday night this place was pretty dead. The drinks were alright, but the specialty cocktails weren't worth the price. One of the singers had lost his voice, so everything sounded very pitchy. It's a shame they couldn't bring someone else out to sing. Good potential, but poor execution tonight

Ugh, this is not the piano bar experience you might expect. The night we went, it was two older guys playing songs that might have been interesting to them, but not the rest of the crowd. BTW, I'm pretty open to music of every genre and decade, so they really went out of their way to be bad. The sound quality is also bad at this place. The drinks even tasted odd. We ordered higher ended liquor, and not one of our drinks was what we expected. Not a good choice for a piano bar.

Haven't been here since Covid but it is not as good as it once was at the old location. Very difficult to see the stage unless you are on the dance floor. Wanted to go upstairs but it was closed off. Might have been a nice view although wouldn't have missed a whole lot. The female singer was great but her two accompanist were not that good. The Venmo square to request (tip) seemed ideal but a digital board or tv would make a lot more sense and would drive a lot more money as people pay to jump over songs. Just a suggestion. Needs to be spiced up a bit. Not very entertaining. The Bar tenders deserve a 5 star based on their service. They were all over it.

Reserved tables for 40 people for a birthday/retirement get-together. Was able to bring in food. Our tables were all reserved and an area was set up for us to put our food on. Music was fantastic! We all had an unbelievably WONDERFUL time. Kenny is an involved charismatic manager. High recommend!

Customer beware: This establishment charges $2.50 for a cup of TAP water. (New rule the GM put in place??)I would assume this is a health/ safety issue for customers within the Columbus Code.Always loved it before this most recent visit. Would no longer recommend this place.
