Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Several items were undercooked and my date’s steak was ordered medium well but arrived noticeably under. The salmon was extremely mushy and lacked seasoning, as did most of the dishes. Even the service felt a bit pushy, which made the experience less enjoyable. Not what we expected from a place with such high ratings. :(

Just had the best anniversary dinner at this beautifully renovated restaurant. 21 years after we had our wedding reception at the same place we can say this place has gotten better with age. The vibe is equal parts coastal, urban and refined.. The food was upscale, everything delicious and savory. Best part was the service though. Our server David was kind, fun and professional in every way as was the manager too. This is an iconic place to our city and hopefully will be around for many years to come. A must visit!

Attended the Boat House for the first time. It was a great experience. We didn’t wait very long to be sat, the staff were all very courteous, informative, and very knowledgable. They brought water right away, took our drink orders, along with appetizers promptly, which came out within minutes in felt like. The crab cakes and the shrimp crudo were Phenomenal, and the the 12 oz New York strip, and Brussels sprouts were really delicious! The inside vibe of the place was great, but we chose to dine on the patio and I absolutely enjoyed it! Will be going back again! Great Job to The Boat House!

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. We hosted our ceremony and reception at the boat house ten years ago. It was a seamless night, they took care of everything. We still get compliments for having such a great view during the reception. We visited every year on our anniversary for a delicious dinner. I would mention we married here and the manager always took great care of us. A few years back the restaurant closed and we haven’t been able to visit. For our tenth anniversary he helped me make it a night my wife wouldn’t forget with a private dinner for two. Great food, great view, and great management.

My first visit there at an evening event. There were two events that evening. The way the building is laid out there was no conflict between the different groups. The staff was very quick to serve the tables and polite. The facility is very nice including the restrooms.
