What incredible service! My best friend and I came in a little after 2 in the morning.. and we had the best SERVER ever! She made us the best coffee and the ambience was so fun. 10/10 would do again.

This location has incredible people that work here. That is the biggest thing that makes me coming back this place is located near Ohio State campus and it has accessible parking. Stacy has a heart of gold the way she treats people as if they were her family, she is also very attentive at what's going on in the place but she exudes love. Jayla works hard to try to go above and beyond to make sure everybody is taken care of she makes an amazing milkshake and she's a very valuable asset to the team. Jasmine tries to keep the peace in the building and she has great at work ethic even when she doesn't want to she tries to smile at people. I've been to this place in the past but they seem to have the right staff. Mario has great work ethic and he seems to be very detailed and it's not afraid to be nice to guess even though he has to work in the back.

cook tonight is not a good team Lead stephanie not a good sport for her team mates around her. Im staying on the hotel right behind this location and order some food its cold and after working all day in 15 degrees weather all i wanted was dinner and bed. I order me a double cheese burger and had it delivered to my room after i got it the fries were hard as a rock and seem like they were cook with old oil . I grab the box came in to the restaurant and after telling the server Wich she was nice and polite she went and told Stephanie the cook she acted very unprofessional saying it wasnt her fall and it was the door dasher fall . so me waiting for my food decided to dine in and eat my food inside . when she was told by the server to put my burger in a plate she say thats not how thinks work and follow up to put my food in a carton box . I am not happy and as a business owner wouldn't like personal like this in my team . I ask for the manager and server told me that she was the team leader for the night she also cuss in-front of me to one of the servers VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY . would like some one from corporate to contact me for this matter thank you.

Do not give your money away for subpar food. I love the Dennys in my hometown, this location is garbage. Door dash delivered food very cold. My kids complained about the sausage gravy after I warmed it up in a pot on the stove. I tasted it and it was gross. They put sausage links in it for the "sausage". It tasted like flour. Kids got some pancakes to share. Did not receive syrup. So another waste. They at least picked at the bacon and scrambled eggs and hash browns after I warmed them in a cast iron skillet, but ultimately ate a lot of my sisters fruit she had on hand. Complete waste of money. No.

It was after church on a Sunday and my family simply needed a place to eat. so we went to denny's. what a mistake. we sat down with my daughter and my nephew and to our surprise the booth we were given had a unrelenting foul smell and one side of the table was covered in water. not only was our food cold and the chicken tough, but the waffles were so hard my nephew Caleb broke his tooth. I could potentially look over all that if the syrup could fix it; but no. it was EXTREMELY watered down. it was also overpriced as hell. spending $97.45+tip on a horrible meal is ridiculous. I truly like Dennys and have been coming here for a couple years but this one time ruined it for me. please fix this, if not for me but for the others visiting.

I ordered, waited for over an hour for my meal, came out incorrect and was told they would remove it and give a discount! the only thing that happened is I walked out of there paying 59.60 for two meals, bad service, no discount and hungry! thanks for the crappy experience and not following through with your end of the deal! your waitress even took my full meal away and no replacement or discount! or accountability as she blamed the cooks and the receipt not how I ordered my meal!

Wow, this site is complete chaos with no organization whatsoever. It seems like there might be a manager, however, the staff runs as if there isn't one. What's worse, you overhear some staff complaining.
Strip center Denny's should've been my first clue to avoid this place at costs. $42 later, We have hashbrowns that aren't even brown (raw, not crispy), bacon also nearly raw, runny scrambled eggs topped with unmelted cheese and toast not even toasted. All thrown into a pile in the go-go container. Just disgusting! Shame on you Denny's!

Food& delivery time was fast. Food excellent quality & correct temperature. I am in assisted living & can order in delivered & Dennys was a great find!! Cheeseburger & fries WILL be bought again!

It was morning and my family needed some breakfast. We were in the middle of my family trip to Columbus and my brother had an exam in a few hours for his insurance agents license. He needed a good breakfast to get thru the exam so we went to Denny's. Its been years since I set foot in one, because the area of Ohio I am in seems to be the land of Bob Evans with the occasional IHOP, not a Dennys in sight for some reason. Sadly, I prefer Dennys. Prior to moving, i often had breakfast there. Just something that stuck with me from childhood. We came in, and were quickly brought to a table. Unfortunately, this was the only part of the service experience which was quick. The restaurant was half full, yet it took a good 20 minutes for us to be greeted by our waiter. Its not a large Denny's, and i am not sure if all their restaurants had changed their decor in last several years. It certainly looked different than the ones I was used to down in Florida. This one had a more diner feel to it. We ordered the food and then waited some more. Thankfully, we came with time, if not we would have been worried my brother would miss his exam. My brother and I both ordered a Lumberjack Slam. My mother ordered a Vanilla Crepe breakfast. Food tasted good and was standard Denny's fare. The coffee was hot and certainly that was appreciated on a cold day. It was good to have some again after so long. Wish there was a Dennys near my house like this one. Still, they could use a bit more staff.

Ordered online food here with no specific instructions just made as was described on the app. They didn't have any of the double chocolate pancake puppies which was understandable but where it drops to 1 star is here. All of the food except the wings were cold. Ordered a grand slamich which was made correctly except it was cold and I found hair in the sandwich! The all American breakfast we ordered which comes with 3 scrambled eggs and hash browns plus toast and bacon and sausage links, all we got were 2 sunny side up eggs which were cold and 4 pieces of ham, that's it! Do not order from here, quite disappointing and disgusting.
