I just left a review of the incident on 11/19/23 at 4:15 p.m. at the Columbus Ohio Easton Morse crossing location on the website. it was ridiculous yesterday I went to place a order at the counter and waited for someone to come. a female African American asked me if I was picking up a order and I said that I was going to place a order and wait. she called over a Caucasian female and she used a key on the register and walked in the kitchen area and the African American female followed her shouting something about your baby momma to someone else back there. there was 2 females and a male right inside of the door yelling and the Caucasian female saw me shaking my head because it was ridiculous, a man came in the door and I said we have to wait until they stop arguing to get help and he peeped around and wall and walked out and so did I. I even asked the lady at the bar working if someone could take my order and she replied hold a sec I will go see. I would never visit this location ever again. it's unsafe and very unprofessional, I felt like a fight was about to break out over someone's baby momma comments . the female seemed aggressive and the Caucasian female was not stopping it she just said what as she kept saying baby momma over and over

My son and I have never been here until today. We drove around for 30 minutes just looking for something that had good reviews and a decent menu. We are so so glad we chose this place. The Food was absolutely amazing. Our server, Tessa, recommended an appetizer and it did not disappoint. Everything we had tasted like perfection. My son ordered the morning glory burger and I’ve never heard more, “oh my gosh this is amazing” and “mmms” out of him. The loaded baked potato was cooked perfectly! We will be visiting here again!

Kaylee was our server today in Grove City and we had an amazing time with wonderful food and great service!! My parents are in their 70s and have mobility issues and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

The burgers are good... Service is horrible!! Wait time is ridiculous especially through ubereats. I've also been charged twice for condiments that were never put with my order!! Tried going through ubereats to fix problem and nothing also tried calling restaurant but it just disconnects and hangs up!!!!!!!

Was going to give a 2 star review for the food. But you're getting a 1 star for the experience and that's generous. I'll explain why... Let's start out with the food: Yeah, I asked for my burger well done, but why was it charcoal to the point where it was almost inedible? Why was the buns soggy ? Why was the other burger burnt to a crisp as well, when it was ordered medium rare? My child ordered a burger, and it was just that, a slab of charcoaled meat on a pair of buns. No lettuce ? Nothing else ? Just 1 tub of apple sauce ? I felt awful having my child eat that, when a school lunch or McDonald's serves better quality food with more quantity. Here's where the 1 star review comes into play. Your hostess and waitresses kept giving my child dirty looks. My child is autistic and has other disabilities. He is unable to sit still however, he doesn't bother anybody. I feel deeply sadenned that your establishment allows employees to have poor attitude and manners towards your guests. This is the year 2022, please advise your employees to be more kind. I wish I would have said something in person, but I wanted to get out of there ASAP and console my autistic child who was upset at the dirty looks he was getting from your employees. Needless to say, I will never be going there ever again, and neither will my family or friends. Thanks for reading.... (wilksbarre-PA)
