The Capital Grille

We had a 630 reservation and valentine's day and we're not seated until 7. The lobby was jammed with people waiting to be seated but had no where else to go. We also stood and watched as multiple people that got to the restaurant after us, were seating before us. We also were not compensated for anything.

Great valentines experience. The only snag is that every female got a single rose for valentines except my wife. Just an observation. Service was extremely good. Food was great.

Was not aware that our reservation for Valentine's Day was on the bar side. It is a completely different experience . The temperature was uncomfortable and other diners were in very close proximity .

The food was delicious, TJ, our server, was excellent and they made special accommodations to celebrate our anniversary. Just a wonderful evening!

Took my best friend here for her birthday dinner. Everything about the visit was wonderful. We plan to come back in February for another friend's birthday.

Was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. Not sure what I was expecting, but this place is lovely and the service is top notch.

Anniversary dinner and it was outstanding! Great service from Adam and all the special touches made the evening even sweeter.

The Capital Grille is a beautiful warm and comfy place for dining. the food quality is always excellent. We liked we could substitute a side more to our liking (substituted risotto from another dish to our salmon plate) Both soups were rich and creamy. Service was excellent, although we were a little surprised our entrees took an unusually long time to be served (maybe had to do with the substitution?). We were in no hurry, so it was fine. The pricing for the lunch special was helpful.

We had a wonderful dinner start to finish. Adam's service was phenomenal and Grant is amazing. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Usually Capital Grille goes above and beyond, especially for special occasions. We went to celebrate my 50th birthday. The server never asked if we were celebrating something special, when there was a birthday card sitting there from Capital Grille. We had went previously for my husband's birthday and were treated to a champagne toast, sampled a special appetizer & dessert. Today we got a dessert. Food we great as always. Not sure we will go back for the next special occasion.

What a great evening! The staff was so welcoming to our family and very kind to our kids! The food was amazing, we will definitely be back soon!

To be brief, the following items prevent a full five star review. The cherrywood bacon with Korean BBQ I feel is better described as pork belly. While the flavor and preparation were excellent, bacon lovers at my table could not enjoy the thick fatty cut. The risotto accompanying the scallops was slightly undercooked, a little runny and quite firm. Again the flavor was excellent. We had to ask for water refills and were never offered wine refills. A dessert was presented to share but no silverware. We used whatever dirty forks and spoons we had. Bread plates were taken while we were still eating bread. We were a party of four in the Boardroom. The table was quite small and tight for four of us. To be fair, it was Thanksgiving Day, it was a full house and we had a good time. No apologies needed, we enjoyed our visit. When you spend over $100 per person these little things are the difference between four stars and five. Thank you, we'll be back.

The Thanksgiving meal was delicious!! The turkey was perfect; the gravy was delicious. The perfect pairing of sides, with cranberry chutney that reminded the kids of the one I make at home! We may have to do Christmas Eve dinner with Capital Grille! Thank you!
