The salad was fresh chicken was good and tender. The last time I was there it was so so. Maybe restaurant are slowly getting back to good quality of food 🤔 I know a lot of restaurant's are or was having a hard time. The Cheesecake F @ Polaris is a different vibe than Easton. Easton has a lot of windows & the natural light is wht I enjoy but don't count Polaris out I enjoy my business lunch there little pricey but I'm ok as long as the food is good & my service has to be on point

Amazing, love it! Server was good but he chatted too much. It's also very dark and could be hard for older people to see menus.

My daughter and I are here today after homecoming dress shopping. Our waiter, Jacob, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, appropriately talkative ( not too chatty) and had great recommendations. We will definitely return and recommend to others!! Side note my daughter left her phone in the booth and the manager was great at locating it for us.

This restaurant has really went downhill we ordered chicken salad and corn as a appetizer/ first the bread was hard as a rock both kids. And those oatmeal or whatever that is on top was raw and chewy very on appealing. The salad why big enough for 2 people, the chicken was literally a cold lunch meat chicken not even a fresh chicken breast grilled disappointed.. I come to a restaurant for better than a can make at home especially for those prices. The corn appetizer was very cold came after we ate our salad, minus the chewy chicken, and then we couldn't eat the corn on the cob with very little corn which was frozen cobs maybe not sure just not good. This was a $a 50 meal a shared salad 2 drinks for 2 people not intending to be back also tiny bugs flying around dint enjoy that while I eat. Do better cheesecake factory.

Party of 8. They would not take a reservation over the phone. In person only. They let us wait almost an hour before deciding to open the middle section of the restaurant that sat empty til then. My second drink (a beer) took 20 min. Waiter notified me at 15 min that he’s still looking for it at the bar. I went up and cancelled the order after 20 min. Then the food came, 45 min later. The steak medallions were overcooked. I wish I took a pic. This huge bowl had the smallest strip of food in a center line in the bowl. It was all plate. Could have fit it on a saucer. Forgot my side of Mac-n-cheese. Cancelled that too. Then the bill comes with an automatic 18% gratuity because my table had 8 people. $311 later you couldn’t get me outta there fast enough. On the way out I quietly mentioned the experience was awful. Not to complain in front of my family, I was being discrete. His reaction was to make a scene. I told him don’t worry abt it and proceeded to leave. He yelled across the foyer area that it’s his “job” to worry abt it. My entire family turned to see what was going on. Half the restaurant staring. I will NEVER put myself through that again. We went bc my wife and step-son had nvr eaten at CF. We had talked it up as being something they HAD to experience. I fully regret that decision.

First time trying and was very disappointed. server was very slow, food was extremely overpriced for what we got and we waited 2.5 hours for our food and once it came out it wasn’t good at all. Pasta was oily and sauce was nasty, never got any comp for how long we waited and cheesecake wasn’t even that great. Do not recommend.
