The Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory at Polaris is an elite restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, and the overall experience are top-notch. I gave the service a 4-star rating this time because in the past I've had a more engaging service that made us feel more than a customer. The service wasn't bad per say. It just felt like our server was overly busy.

Ordered cajun salmon. Great concept, but the execution in the kitchen was off. Mashed potatoes and side of onion straws were cold. Blackened salmon was overdone and dry. Need better quality control of plates going out to the floor. Music a notch too high. However, our server, Kayla was attentive, engaging and did her best to make things right. She’s a good one, folks!

I love the experience and the food

Our server was great but the food was absolutely horrible. The burger I received was the quality of White Castle. My daughter got sick from the Fettuccine Alfredo within hours. Absolutely disappointing.

This location and this food was absolutely amazing. We were at the cheesecake factory in Polaris, Ohio. We actually went back two days in a row because the food was so good and each time got something different. My children exclaimed that it is the best mac & cheese they have ever had in their life. Highly recommend!!

Food was fine and service was great. Got right in on a weekend before Christmas without a wait. The brussel sprouts were outstanding as well as the pot stickers.

Had lunch there this afternoon and will never ever return to the cheesecake factory. Truly grotesque on every level. Inedible food was served after 50 minutes of wait time. No apologies. No mention of the unacceptably long wait and every bit of it was completely inedible the complete waste of time and absolutely will never return to the cheesecake factory again. Hope it was worth it for you cuz I'm going to tell everyone I meet for the rest of my life. Disgusting.

This was my first visit to Cheesecake Factory, and I was beyond impressed with everything!

My server, Hunter, was exceptional. She kept my glass full and made the most helpful menu suggestions I've ever experienced in a restaurant. I absolutely adored her personality and dedication to making me feel welcome. I will ask for her by name every time I visit Thursday through Sunday evenings, which will be frequent as this is a new favorite restaurant for me.

The food was also exceptional. I had the Smokehouse BBQ Burger, the second best burger I've ever eaten. I also had a slice of the Adam Cheesecake, which was like eating ambrosia wrapped in happiness and love. One of the best meals I've ever had in my life!

My only issue was that the table was a bit snug, definitely not made for those of us who have enjoyed eating too many fine meals. ☺️

Been coming here for years. It's a great, casual place to eat. The bang bang chicken and shrimp is amazing. My husband loves the gumbo.
