The spicy chicken pasta is always very good. We had the oreo cheesecake and it was much better than I expected. I thought it would be too sweet but it was perfect.

Ordered Herb Crusted Salmon. After a long wait it came out completely raw. Sent it back and the server told us that it was not even sushi rated salmon and apologized. She asked if we would like anything else as we waited. Went ahead and decided to try a flatbread pizza appetizer.
She insinuated that the flatbread was free for the mistake however their mistake cost a 2 hour lunch and additional money added to the bill for the charge of the flatbread. That’s pretty frustrating. Asked to see a manager and was left standing at the Hostess podium for an additional 15 minutes before giving up and leaving because he never came to speak to us.
I can guarantee I won’t be returning. Too many good restaurants in the area that are exceptionally better.

I love me some Cheesecake Factory hands down but today's experience left me less valued as a customer. My partner & I ordered to-go as we have done in the past with no issues.

Today, they not only didn't have bread available but they forgot to pack our Cheesecake in our order. The young man, Niko called and apologized for missing the Cheesecake. No problem. We were already home and called back to arrange a time to pick it up the next.

The level of investigation by the restaurant manager over an item we paid for was insane. To the point that he said we credit our account and we could pick up the Cheesecake the next day and pay for it.

WOW. Really? 🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏽

We had an abnormal experience today. I attempted to order the filet mignon meal and asked for a side of red wine sauce. I was told by my waitress that the kitchen would not allow for me to add a side of sauce and she could only provide A1. I expressed to her that I was really hoping to revive the red wine and was more than willing to pay for it. She then said no again, which was surprising as I have done this in the past. We finished our appetizers and then left to go to another restaurant where suave can be provided with my steak. It was a very strange interaction and customer service was lack luster.

I called the Easton location to ensure that this was a reasonable accommodation. They confirmed that adding a side of sauce for filet is no problem at all.

This was my first time at this Cheesecake! The ambience was great! It was a Friday night very crowded. The food was great! We had a big party celebrating my niece sweet 16th birthday! We got our food in reasonably time! Had great waiters! I enjoyed this location. Ot was very clean. Of course got the key lime cheesecake to bring home! 🎂🍰🧁🥮🍝🍗🍹🧃👩🏽‍🦱🧑🏽‍🦲🧑🏼‍🦳🧑🏼‍🦰🧓

I got the meatloaf and if you like the taste of burnt ketchup the meatloaf is for you. Worst meatloaf ive tatsed... sides and cheesecake were good.

We decided to eat today here we waited 20mins to be seated and after we have a table another 20mins no server get our order, there's a couple beside our table they seated and server get their order after 10mins we feel discriminated because were asian so no one getting our order, we decided to left the restaurant and eat somewhere else we will not going back here!!!!
