A shout out to the best 7-9 PM happy hour downtown, with the greatest employees. A very special thanks to beverage director Brandon and bartender Steve who saved my life by finding and preserving my purse when I left it there on a Saturday night -- and even responding to my frantic email on a SUNDAY to make sure that I knew it was safe and sound. Citizens has the best cocktails in a gorgeous environment -- and now I know their employees are top notch as well.

We love coming to citizens trust! Great place for date night or catching up with friends. lot of space for more privacy, but still lively.

The A/C was not working when we went which was the only downside! The service was amazing and the drinks were top tier.

Enjoyed our time here and we will be back! Cocktails are 10/10 and service was great. We enjoyed the food from veritas. The vibes / decor were very cool. Only complaint is how absolutely freezing the temperature was. I know it is an old building so this factor is probably difficult but if you're coming in the winter time, be prepared to bring your parka.

Went for a drink to celebrate St. Valentine's Day with my husband, son and daughter-in-law. The night was ruined by the very bad service feom the waiter - 3 of us got our drink - I never got mine nor did we get the olives & bread.

They don't have food and don't allow you to bring food in which i think is against their liquor permit rules. The host staff was yucky, no greeting or anything. And the first server must of been pissed he had to come to work or pissed he had to serve US......I have been here before didn't enjoy the service then but this was too much.Wont ever return.

My first time check out this place, it was their holiday pop up. I had been to other Miracle pop ups, but this one was the most underwhelming. The space itself is beautiful, with large windows and wonderful architecture. The holiday decorations though were not quite in abundance like others (just some inflatables, one of which blocks most of the space and string lights and garland around the bar). My drink was good, but it was served in a plastic solo cup even though the menus made it seem like it should be in the Dinosaur tiki mug. Other Miracle events all use the expected themed cups. Along with that, their ordering system is not well thought. They give a ticket and call your number, but it’s too loud in the bar to hear anything so our drinks were just sitting in attended on the bar opposite to where we were standing for an undetermined amount of time. All of this left me feeling disappointed in my experience and we left after just one drink. I’d like to go back without the pop up to give them a more fair shake, but they really need to revamp this experience if they want me to recommend it to others. The Overlook Lodge in Cincinnati does Miracle the best in my opinion.

My pregnant sister was told that there were no mocktails available. How can a bar call themselves innovative in 2024 and not be able to make a mocktail for someone? Will not be going back.

We went for Miracle, which I have attended at two different bars. The bar was not using the proper cups or decorations for the rather expensive cocktails. The decorations were also fairly underwhelming. It was not the Christmas Miracle I was expecting.

Th cocktails and atmosphere were fine. Very strange that they don’t serve tap water or room-temperature water. If you want to stay hydrated between drinks here, be prepared to pay for (cold) bottled water.
Parking: Long line by the front, even if your group has already arrived

Never tried the food, but the drinks are great. They have seasonal drinks and the bartenders are super nice!

The quality & selection from the bar don’t do the venue justice. Terrible “house” wines are the only option for $12 per glass. Truly undrinkable.
The music & service are also lackluster.

Venue is gorgeous. Music did not vibe at all with environment. Put you on some Boswell sisters some afternoons. Paradise city was going a little too hard for this elegant mix of decades of the early to mid 20th century.
Anyway, drinks were amazing and had billiards. The price is very high, though, so it's unfortunately not something I can frequent.
Food I had the pita and spread. Okay this was awesome but 15 bucks 1 piece of pita is just doing us dirty.
I'll definitely be back - beautiful profiles in the drinks.
