Do not order the food here!!!! Lol. I can't count how many times , I have tried, hoping to God they fired the supervisor that picks out the food and any change is positive. Note those that enjoy horse races and want to dine: go to Brew Brothers or Guy Fieri restaurant inside the casino, order the food to go and bring back. The menu sounds interesting... until the food comes out and you ask who's pulling your leg... who's the Jokester. The waitress here are kind, sincere, and will be honest. The food they serve is hands done the worse I have ever had at any Horse racing establishment. Again the worst. The food is not from the restaurants inside. The only positive : Water, beer, sodas are all delicious. Also tables and bathroom are clean here. Here's a picture of a clean table. Lol.

This place just keeps going down hill. No wonder why most people here only get drinks. I will never get food here again.

I can honestly not give any stars. Took three days to get through to make a reservation. Checked in on time. Taken to far end of the seating area near the barns. No service. Had drinks , cheese tray with week old grapes. Pretzels bites with freezer burn. Ordered dinner, and never received it. People around us were checking out. I went to the kitchen to inquire abd our server was lost on everything. We paid for beverages and one app. And left. Will not go back.

I like being able to see the track and having a monitor at the table. If you wanna grab a few beers and watch the races, it works.

The food is average but the menu is small.

The service is slow and not super welcoming.

Lots of homeless looking people and bums everywhere at El Dorado

Kid-friendliness: It's a casino/betting racetrack. Use common sense if you have any.

This place had a no tellers under the clubhouse. If you wanted to bet had to go upstairs. The machines under the clubhouse are to far back. If you're short you can't reach them.

Used to enjoy the races and enjoyed the clubhouse. This was just a nice evening. Sometimes just my wife & I, sometimes extended family. Now only reservations for horse owners and trainers. Tried to make a reservation and told only first come first serve for all others, and yet also told not to even try, that there would be no tables available. So perhaps not enough staff??? Or perhaps now only for racing owners and trainers??? Either way we'll cross Scioto Downs off of our "Go To" list.

Food was delicious and priced appropriately. Drinks were awesome and our waiter Jeff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful!!!

The menu has very little on it! The prices are unreal! A club sandwich is 10.95!! The service is awful! I won't be returning.
