Went yesterday and got dark meal. This is 3rd time going here and getting chicken that I’m pretty sure and was reheated. And the chocolate cake not great. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Not sure if under new owners but will not go back.

The chicken sandwich (Nashville sauce) is consistently amazing. So unique with the hearty slaw on top. It’s in the top tier of sandwiches in town, maybe leader of the pack. Their wings are also awesome. And the lunch special is such a good deal.

Had pretty high hopes for this place but I was not impressed. The chicken was underseasoned, greasy, and tasted like old oil. Not to mention it was NOT crispy whatsoever. The Texas potato’s were also mushy and had zero seasoning. Only reason I give 2 stars is for the Mac and cheese which was delicious! Also the staff was friendly. I will not be coming back.

I was in the area and wanted to find something good and different. Crispy Coop checked both of those blocks. The service was great and the lobby was clean. The chicken is different than any I've had, moist flavorful and very delicious. The mashed potatoes are real and the greens are some of the best I've ever had. It's about a 40 min drive from home but im sure I'll eat here when im in the area.

Great food and even better customer service! The cashier (maybe he was the manager) was incredibly hospitable, offering us a free fountain drink and happy to change our order when I realized I had ordered the wrong side.
The chicken was crispy on the outside, flavorful, moist on the inside. The best mac n cheese i’ve ever had! This will be a new favorite spot in mine and my husbands rotation.

The place was clean and the food was fresh and hot.
The chicken is juicy and beautifully cooked. The flavor goes all the way through. I got the traditional mild, and the heat was gentle, hitting just the back of the throat, adding to the flavor without overwhelming it. The mac and cheese is creamy, with a little kick from the black pepper, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Can't wait to go back and try more!

My absolutely favorite fried chicken place in Columbus and beyond.
I have no complaints about anything. The tenders are always on point. And I would eat their Honey Bun cake with every meal everyday for the rest of my life, if it was a viable option.
Go here and enjoy some damn good chicken!

I placed a catering order here on Thursday for pick up today (Saturday). I called the restaurant on Thursday before I placed my order to make sure it was ok and that the restaurant had enough time to make my food. The guy I spoke with on the phone was super helpful and nice. Today the service was not good. I came at 1:30 for my pickup time of 2:00. I didn’t expect my food to be ready but I just wanted to let them know I was there. The register guy said my order just came through (which I don’t know why it just came through…I ordered it days ago) and he said it’d be about another 20 minutes at least. He seemed irritated and bothered to even have to deal with our order. When it was ready I handed him his tip and he didn’t say thank you, have a nice day, nothing. He didn’t offer napkins or plates. This was a $100 order and I placed it with them because the food is good and the service is at least usually decent. I probably won’t come back to this location and I definitely won’t be recommending to anyone like I used to.
