I got the 4 piece tenders with collard greens and cornbread. LET ME TELL YOU!!! The chicken was the perfect balance of crispy, juicy and flavorful!! The greens hit perfectly!! The cornbread was slightly sweet and dense, just perfect! Definitely recommend this place!

There used to be a restaurant with the same name (or similar) in Pickerington Ohio that was pretty awesome. They are definitely not connected! I'd say this place may be going out of business real soon. If not it needs immediate attention from the leadership.

I’ve had this place a couple times before and the food usually was good. This was not the case the last time I had it. The food being bad isn’t even the main issue. I ordered takeout and got Mac and greens as a side and instead received Cole slaw and mash potatoes. When I called to voice my issue no one picked up even though when I called earlier because their website was messed up they picked up. Then I emailed to ask for a refund for receiving the wrong food and I have still not received a response almost a week later. Suffice to say I will not be coming again.

I understand mistakes happen but when I called the restaurant in a polite way to just simply warn them about their food before anyone else gets sick, the employee refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. Also declining my following phone calls. Please train your staff properly and please inspect your food so no one else gets sick. I do not need a refund Uber Eats has refunded me but please take this seriously!

I love Crispy Coop and have supported them for over two years. However, I was disappointed in my order today. The chicken was cooked in old grease and tasted day old. This will be the last time I drive from Bexley to Northwest Blvd.

This place has fallen WAY off from what it used to be. The chicken was extremely dry, sides were lukewarm, and the dining area was fairly dirty. There wasn't anyone else in the restaurant at 6 on a Friday which should have been a sign. I really hope it can recapture what it used to be because it won't survive if it doesnt.

Order 12 piece chicken and 6 JoJo potatoes. Out of the 12 pieces, 5 were wings. Substitutions is not allowed, as stated on their website. 3 breasts, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and 5 wings! Pretty expensive chicken when that many wings are part of a large order.
