We have been to the forge a few times. We love the atmosphere and drinks. The food is okay, but always takes a really long time to come out (upwards of 45 minutes every time we’ve been). We decided to host a casual baby shower there with our friends, called months in advance and reserved a table and called to reconfirm we were all set week of. The service was amazing and so was the vibe of the place . The food wasnt really that good . Also the ginger ale was $7 and wasn't free refills , $14 for 2 ginger ales is pretty wild . The burger and the chicken sandwich just taste like frozen stuff .
If you're here for games and drinks now you'll be fine. The food is just not what you come here for. There's a few decent options but I would recommend eating beforehand.
