Traditional dish. Chicken drumstick simmered in medium hot berbere sauce spiced with ginger, garlic, onion and herbal better, served with boiled egg.

Tibs Beef
Cubed tender beef sauteed with onion, rosemary, jalapeno pepper, served with spicy berbere sauce. Cooked hot, medium or mild.

Cubed tender lamb pieces cooked medium rate with onion jalapeno pepper, garlic and berbere sauce. Cooked hot, medium or mild.
Awaze Tibs
Lightly sauteed tender cubed pieces of lamb mixed with our homemade awaze sauce and onion, garlic and berbere sauce. Cooked hot, medium, or mild.

Beef tartar seasoned with our herbal butter, mitmita and cardamon. Can be ordered raw, medium or well done.

Our food was excellent - we got the vegetarian sampler and the awaze tibs. We've eaten at several Ethiopian restaurants in Columbus and this was absolutely on par with the best. Great service, too.

Very casual, family owned restaurant. Recommend doing your research on Ethiopian food ahead of time, but menu has photos and staff are friendly and helpful.
TIBS platters (beef, lamb or chicken) are served without utensils, as the injere bread serves as a wrap for both meat and salad. Chicken salad also very good, and portions are generous.
Highly recommend tea to drink. Cup of hot ginger water served with Lipton tea bag. Delightful!

Authentic Ethiopian flavors and exceptional service! The injera is perfect, the Kitfo and Tibs are rich in flavor. Great vegetarian options too! Highly recommend for a true taste of Ethiopian food.
