Let's be honest. You can't beat a honey baked ham for Easter. I picked my whole ham up on a Thursday afternoon. The place was packed. I had to circle the parking lot twice to find a parking place.

Once inside the store, I could see that there were two lines. I assumed one line was for individuals who had pre-ordered and pre-paid for their hams and one line for individuals who hadn't pre-ordered. The problem was there was only one sign and that sign was confusing. I waited (along with three other women) in the wrong line for twenty minutes, then once I realized I was in the wrong line I had to go to the end of the correct line. In all, I spent forty minutes at the store. Was it worth it? Yes, if my husband were the one picking up the ham.

The ham was fabulous. Moist and delicious.

I also ordered a pecan pie. I'm not a pie eater, but my guests really enjoyed the pecan pie.

While I was in line, a gentleman suggested I do as he did last year and pick up the ham the Wednesday before Easter. Probably a brilliant idea, but the instructions say the ham should be eated in four days. Not a lot of time for leftovers.

When I finally reached the checkout, the process was seamless and the cashier was friendly.

They are a smooth running operation for the holidays. The line wrapped around the que to the door, but they kept us moving. Total time from entry to departure with my ham and side dishes was under 15 minutes! Impressive for the Friday before Easter.

Will NEVER order from this location again, had a scheduled pick up for 12:30 and food was not ready until an hour and a half later… no discount, no notification given while standing in line (for 20 minutes)… nothing. Just sorry, come back later. REALLY bad on the customer service, what a shame, they sell a good product.

Ordered Easter meal online, paid in full and was given a pick up time. I arrived on time and the line was at least 50 persons deep. What a mess. Many alternatives available and I’ll chose an alternative in the future!

I don't understand the hype. Almost $10/lb for ham. I can get the same from Costco for $4/lb.
