The food was really good but what made it bad was the service. We ordered our food and we're waiting. 6 people behind us got their food before us [20 mins] when we asked they forgot to give our order to the kitchen but tried to play it off or not apologize.
Bagels are great no doubt. Giving 3 stars because afterwards I was standing by the kitchen and multiple employees were wiping their faces + touching checkout screens etc and then handling bagels even after they were out of the fire oven with no gloves. Not only is it just gross, it’s a food safety issue.
The food is delicious here.
That's where the good ends. Vibes here are not good. They have an angry employee named Maya who is miserable and hates people.
One must beg for napkins.
