I went with a party as the only vegan and was worried, but the vegan options were truly so amazing! The vegan cheese fondue was delicious and the vegan dark chocolate was great with the fruit dippers. They also had a variety of vegetables and Impossible “polpettes” that were great with the entree. I’d love to go back!

We visit the Easton Melting Pot at least once a year (usually for my birthday) and tonight was our best visit yet. Our server, Katie, went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional, and she was so friendly and professional. The GM, Josh, ALSO went far, far above and beyond to make our evening perfect. From making sure our reservation didn't get cancelled due to a pre-dinner crisis that caused us to be slightly late, to searching for AND finding a rarely-used ingredient to make my favorite custom fondue (the Candy Bar chocolate...Melting Pot's BEST chocolate fondue recipe IMO), Josh was friendly, accommodating, and gave us 10-star service. The food was delicious as always, and with service this good, we will absolutely be back again. Thank you for taking a difficult day and turning it into a delightful (and delicious) memory, Josh and Katie!
One would think that for a restaurant that had been closed for over two months for remodeling that there would be restrooms available without having to go up 2 floors into the office building. For the amount of money one spends for dining here, one of the three restrooms would be operational.
Going to buy a really nice fondue sets save us from coming back.

Our server was excellent. She was attentive and took extra steps to make the experience great. They are closing for several weeks for a remodel or something and we went two days before that so the restaurant was dirty and definitely in need of a remodel.

Food was terrible quality. Took 2 hours and lots of waiting through this meal. Center cut filet was super tough and unable to even cut. Cheese course has plenty of items left with no cheese left. Server was absent most of the time. Not a good experience at all.

Rico was the most amazing server I've ever had. The Wednesday BFFF was the coolest experience ever. I had no idea what I was doing and Rico held my hand and walked me through what exactly to do. Wonderful experience. Forgot to take a pic of the food before half of it was gone but still added it.

We stood waiting for 20 minutes for our 8:30 reservation. We actually listened to the hostess call another 8:30 reservation to find out if they were coming or not before she seated us. Not sure why they were more important than the customers that were standing in front of her. We had not been to this melting pot for a while. It is obvious why they are closing in September for a remodel. One of the cushions in our booth was split. The restaurant felt a little warm and stuffy. Food was good. It is disappointing that they do not mix the cheese at your table anymore. Our cheese fondue was a little runny. And did not seem to be enough cheese for the four people at the table. So the portion fell a little small. Meats were fine. Server was not very attentive. We had four empty water glasses on our table and had to flag him down to get additional water. He never offered additional vegetables. It was an ok visit. Not the amazing experience we remembered from the past. ?

The restaurant was dirty, smelled awful (stale air, rotting vegetables), carpet smelled of mold and the bathroom were filthy. The food was bad, cheese fondue was tasteless and meats were low quality. The salad dressing looked and tasted like Peptibismol

This was the first time we ordered entrees; in prior visits we had either the cheese or the chocolate fondue. We were disappointed in the entrees, especially the beef. Both the teriyaki and garlic pepper steaks were very tough and we didn't get the ahi tuna, even though it was part of the Pacific Rim collection. If we return, it will be for the cheese or chocolate, which were both delicious!
