Everything was great. Our server was awesome, and the manager went above and beyond. We have been to Melting Pot several times, but by far one of our best experiences.

Absolutely amazing experience! We went to the Columbus melting pot for our 1 year wedding anniversary. This was our first time doing a more upscale dining experience. Michael, our server, was exceptionally great! Words can’t express how much he made us feel welcomed and appreciated for being there. He timed our meal just right, held great conversations with us, gave us suggestions, and overall pleasant server. The food was mouthwatering! The duck breast was on point, my husbands favorite, I personally loved the Wisconsin cheese fondue. Anyone going should ask if he’s working, he’ll take great care of you!

Absolutely amazing experience! We came here for our first year wedding anniversary. My husband and I are typically not ones to splurge on an upscale dining experience, but decided today we would. Boy are we so grateful we did! Our server, Michael, was a huge part of why we had such a great experience. He was kind, personable, gave suggestions, attentive, timed our meal perfect, overall the best serving experience we've ever had. No exaggeration, the BEST service/hospitality we've ever received! The food was also mouthwatering! My husband had the pacific rim, duck was on point, I had the classic, teriyaki steak was amazing. The Wisconsin cheese fondue was probably my favorite. For dessert we did the cookies and cream, it was amazing with the strawberries! Overall we had an amazing time, will definitely be back again when we wanna be fancy again for a night!

Great food as always. Redesign is fantastic. Much roomier at the table, yet still romantic ambiance. Noise level increased without the partitions but overall great experience. Highly recommend for date night.

This was my first time, we got the 4c meal and the experience was okay. Food, except salad was fresh and delicious, however, the service was not attentive at all. After serving the entrees, the server disappeared for like half n hour! I had to get up and ask for our server so I can get some dessert! In a pricey restaurant like this, such lax attitude with service was frustrating. We sat almost an hour more than what we should have because we didn't have our sauces or even water. I would definitely try the melting pot again but not this location. Zach, the manager there was attentive but the waitress there never once asked me if I need water or anything! She would come with food, leave it on the table and then disappear for 20-30 mins. Please understand, first timers need to be told on how to order and how to make food in the pot, the complacency of the service, ineptness of the waitress and the weird uncomfortable seats ruined the experience for me.

We do not live near a Melting Pot, but when we are close to one…we have to go. We loved it. Our waitress was on her second day on the job and she was wonderful. I think her name was Emily. She was pleasant and seemed to care about her job. Justin was great too. Let’s not forget the delicious food. Tonight was the first time we decided to grill our food, a nice change. Thanks for a great night.
Floor service was exceptional, our server Maddie was awesome! Cute and cozy perfect for date night. Maddie’s recommendations were spot on. Drinks were strong and well worth the price.

Food is good as always. Highly recommend the spinach and artichoke for the cheese and you won't find a better Caesar salad around.

It was my first time going and I definitely won't be back I made a reservation for 7:30 we got seated about 8 which I understood they were busy stuff happens and I really wanted to try the food then I guess they ran out of clean dishes and we understood we were going to be there a while still stayed because I wanted to try the food my boyfriend and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and our waitress was great however I just think we got the series of unfortunate events that night and it made us not want to come back only thing that was good was the chocolate.
