The only thing I can really complain about is that I paid for a romantic evening and was sat in a corner it would have been perfect if we had some sort of privacy with taller booths
My kids love cooking on the grill pan. They like that they can cook and eat what they cooked.
Its was nice and the food was ok. The cheese fondue for a appetizer was good. The broth for the main course was ok but the meat kinda comes out more with a boiled flavor. The dessert fondue was good. All together the food was good but not something I would wanna do more than once or twice a year. The noise level was nice and low untill a group or about 12 women came in and was loud af all trying to out talk the others. Overall nice place but not quite living up to the hype or price. It was $155 for me and my wife before tip.
Good, not great, and when factoring in price, unfortunately it is beyond unreasonable.
I went out with 2 friends and we each decided to get the 4 course meal, which is $58 base price. When I sit down to dine in a restaurant that charges that amount I bring certain quality expectations. I wish I could say my complains were only with the cheap silverware but the quality of the food and experience were not to my expectations either.
First course was basically a bowl of cheese with assorted vegetables and carbohydrates. It was good but did not wow me. I believe this à la carte is $16 per person.
Second course was a sad excuse for a salad. I’ve had better salads from gas stations. Overdressed, not enough greens, overall lacking complexity or effort.
Third course we had a choice on cooking style and meats. We chose the signature item which was Coq Au Vin, “Robust flavors of Burgundy wine mushroom and garlic”. Unfortunately this was shadowed by the poor quality of the meats and absolutely abysmal variety of sauces to choose from. I did not enjoy a single sauce. I love sauce. Big disappointment on this course.
The last course was fortunately delightful. We ordered a cookies and cream fondant that we dipped in bananas, strawberries, brownie pieces, poundcake, cookie pieces; low quality desserts that the hot dark chocolate fondant was able to make up for.
Service was average, our server was kind and informative but it took longer than expected to get the first course to us (not her fault necessarily but just an observation).
What number would I reasonably pay for this meal? $35 max. However the final bill after tax and tip was over $80. Absolutely unacceptable. If it had been $50, I would have been upset. $80? I received a scam with a smile.
I’m going to call management tomorrow and see what can be done to correct this mistake. I will update this post accordingly.

Not normally my kind of thing but I really enjoyed the experience. This is something you do with someone you know well or want to know well. My husband and I went with his brother and his spouse for a birthday. Our server, Koby, was excellent. The food was good and we had fun cooking it. The meat is raw, you must ensure it's cooked safely.
Went for desert on a Friday night and what a great experience! Service was outstanding and the chocolate fondue was delicious
What a lovely experience! Our server was the perfect amount of attentive, without being there too much. The food was delicious. We all did the 4 course and it's more filling than you realize. Fun-due for everyone!
Great night ! We had the 4 course. Everything tasted great - cheese, entree and chocolate fondues!
We drove two hours for a day trip just to try this place out. The experience was amazing. The loaded baked potato cheese fondue was great, the salads were great, I had the steak platter and he had the land and sea platter, both were great, and we finished with the flaming turtle chocolate fondue that was great as well. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Our waitress was Summer and she really made the experience that much better. So nice, attentive, and personable. She was a gem! Also, our bill was only $150 and we also had a bottle of wine on top of the four course meal. We will definitely be back!
We celebrated NYE and our anniversary. The evening was great and the overall experience was wonderful.

This was our first Melting Pot experience and Ashley helped make it both enjoyable and memorable. Thanks for the great service!

The food and servicer were awesome BUT because you converted the restrooms to men and women both was absolutely disgusting, There was pee all around the floors in front of the toilets in 2 of the restrooms I went into, Also their was no TP in the corner restroom, It was completely nasty and I will never be back to my favorite restaurant, I couldn’t imagine a child having to go in there and step into that, I told the person at the bar but it was never fixed, I can’t imagine what your kitchen looks like after that, Gross 🤮

food is honestly mid, and the silver is rarely clean and you can barely tell because of the dim lights
Nice environment and experience for a date night. Enjoyed the food, especially the chocolate fondue.
We had kids with us and were neglected majority of the time. There was no changing table in the restroom which I found unacceptable for a nice establishment. Changing my baby on the floor should never have to happen. Quality of food has also gone down and everything is an up charge.
