Very rude staff. I had a friend ask for ranch and we were completely ignored by staff. When reminding them again, one of the waitress proceeded to complain that I had asked for ranch again behind the counter in front of our table, took another 10 minutes to bring it to our table then slammed it on the table. Mind you, when other customers asked for ketchup or a drink they were attended to right away (I’ll let you take guess what race those other guests were). First and last time coming here. Save your time and go to the Panera next door.

We enjoyed our lunch here. The soup was excellent, the patty melt was very good, the place is cool, and our server was very friendly and helpful.

I am so happy we decided to try this place. I can say without a doubt this is one of the best breakfast places I have been to. I can't wait to go back and try the chicken and pancake ?

I'm from Vegas and my daughter and son in law took me there. Everything was delicious and the service was great! She even asked if I wanted my bacon crispy ?the housemade biscuits, pancakes and English muffins were excellent.

Cute place. Food and drinks were fine. Server was nice but food too a very long time to come out. 1/2 our party was served 10 minutes before the other 1/2. Some ordered items never arrived. When we were ready for our bill, our checks took 15+ minutes to arrive and were incorrect— With gratuity already added— which in most cases, is fine. But with poor service, is frustrating. Not sure I’d go back.

The food is pretty good, but it’s expensive. A burger maybe 3” diameter was 15.50 (fries included). It was very good food, and great atmosphere, but $4 for an extra biscuit or pancake is a bit much.

I’ve loved this place since they opened, I grab the egg sandwich all the time. AND now they have a new menu! Their fries are so much better & the new chicken is amazing. Also, the local Columbus coffee they serve is my favorite.

I got the patty melt, and it's a decent stack, but on small bread. I cut in half and the 1st bite, most everything went out the other side. Very messy. The bloody mary was not to my liking. My person got the steak n eggs and the steak n potatoes were fire!!!! The service was absolutely on point. Being a heavier person, the chairs are not made for fat bottom girls ?‍♀️

Came here because the reviews were decent. Service started okay. Was served warm water. Had to wait 10 minutes for decaf coffee that taste horrible. Our food came and potatoes that we requested lightly cooked were basically burnt. I asked for over easy eggs , they came out with the egg whites were still not cooked. I asked to have them remade and they never were. My fiance asked for over medium eggs plus 1 extra egg , they came out undercooked. And they forgot the extra egg. "Cherry coke" was homemade and bland. Sausage gravy left a weird taste in my mouth. We ordered the big bang and classic breakfast. Tried a margarita and was more citrus and not much tequila flavor. Over priced for sure.

Food is pretty good for what it is. I’d called it slightly elevated diner food. Service always seems like they are overwhelmed. The atmosphere would be better if it didn’t look like a homemade set from a school place. My main complaint is the water tastes like dirty dish water - every time I have been here.Editing to add that you will have a long wait to get your food even when the restaurant isn’t full. The kitchen seems a bit disorganized and backed up filling carryout orders.

Very cute, the food was great! Gluten free options, vegetarian options, and real meat are available. It can be busy and long food wait but it was worth it for the most part. Learned my lesson, make a reservation... ???

Was looking to get an awesome breakfast with great Java. Nope, just plain black coffee, no flavored creamers. Reason "cause they are a Diner"? Best aspect of the meal was the awesome English muffin. Service was sub-par. Only 1 wait staff.
