Came on Taco Tuesday during happy hour. Full bar and all the tables were filled. The two people working handled it seamlessly, ya don't see that too often. Food was great, service was great, and a good crowd!

One of our go-to places in the neighborhood, The Tavern is cozy on the inside, has a great patio out back, and offers the kind of servers you get to know over time. We have our favorites (you know who you are) but everyone is friendly.
Vegetarian options: The nachos with the spicy veggie chilli are the BEST, whether you're a vegetarian or not.
Update your hours drove 40mins to find out your closed at 11pm on a Saturday . When it claims your open until 2:30am.

Friendly wait staff! Came here during happy hour and was happily pleased with the cocktails I ordered. The Strawberry Fields was dangerous in that I could barely taste the alcohol but definitely felt the effects! I also tried the Death in the Afternoon which was based on a black licorice flavor - I loved it but I got too drunk too fast and unfortunately had to leave the rest there. Next time I plan to start with that so I don’t get blasted so quickly!
I also ordered their daily special (tacos) and their happy hour nachos adding chicken. The tacos were pretty standard, but very well priced ($2 each), and the nachos were piled HIGH for a small nachos! Definitely got my bang for my buck in portion size.
Throughout my time there, waiters checked on me in a timely manner and made sure that I was taken care of.
I took a carrot cake home as a late night snack and that hit the spot! Definitely tasted quite light.
I wanna come back to try some of the other daily specials!
