The Wing Experience

The wing experience used to be my go-to place for ordering wings my God they are the best wings I love the hot cinnamon candy apple flavor the strawberry Chipotle all that stuff is great such great sauces but unfortunately they massively jacked up their prices I used to be able to get like 50 boneless wings for like $45 now they want $100 and I refuse to pay that maybe if they go back down to their regular prices I'll order from them again but until then they've permanently lost me as a customer and this is all the Wing experience locations not just one and yes it is a ghost kitchen but it used to be so worth ordering from

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You’ll thank me later. This is totally fraudulent and not a wing experience or wing restaurant. It’s literally smoke bones restaurant. They don’t have even half the stuff they advertise. Terrible service as well. They don’t have crinkle fries, no celery and don’t have over half the sauces. Trust me. NEVER ORDER HERE

Horrible food. We have always had good experiences with Smokey Bones, but this concept is horrible. We ordered delivery and the boneless wings were basically cheap chick nuggets that the restaurant poured sauce over *some of the nuggets (see picture) instead of tossing them in the sauce before putting them in the container. The fries were soggy, but the best part of this disgusting meal. And to top it off they forgot the blue cheese and extra sauce. Avoid The Wing Experience.

Indo was a very nice, very attentive and very interactive from the drinks to the food. She was amazing. And the food was amazing!!!!!!!:):)

The wing experience.....SMFH!!I have never eaten BBQ chicken jerky before, TOUGH AS LEATHER. Scorpion sauce flavor had hints of gasoline (VERY SPICY THO) French fries taste like they were boiled in water. Yukk!!!

I was there August 5th and I ordered pulled pork,jalapeno sausage and brisket with cole slaw and mac and cheese.The drink was coffee with creamer.The waiter said they didn't have creamer and the truck didn't arrive with it.The meal was horrible, the ment was so dry and over cooked and the cole slaw didn't have a taste..and not to have creamer ha.I would not recommend eating at the easton location and the staff was not friendly at all.For what I received was definitely over priced.Never again

Walked in and was disgusted. My husband loves Smokey Bones so I did not want to deprive him after I agreed to go. Decided to set at the bar and three servers were talking about their kids and looking at their phones. Without making eye contact and still talking the server puts two menus in front of us. I interrupt her to have her wipe the counter down. The entire bar area was a wreck. We waited 15 minutes to place our order while our server cut up lemons on the opposite side of the bar (BTW - we are the only people at the bar). She cuts her finger and becomes all drama like and finally takes our order with a finger that barely has the skin broken. The price of 1/3 rack of baby back ribs has gone up $9.00 since we were here last. Every person working here was clueless. It was a big social gathering for them. The manager walked around with his hands in his pockets looking dazed and confused. I know the talent poor is scarce right now but damn these people were awful. The entire restaurant was dirty. Instead of the staff socializing they could have bused the tables and swept the floor. My husband is lucky I love him.

I also should have read the reviews first. Had my food delivered by Uber eats. Over half the order is missing and the other half is awful. I wish it would have just never shown up so I could get a refund

The meal was delivered promptly and on time. great food we enjoyed the different sauces available. The pretzel bones were delicious, the queso was yummy. I enjoyed the different flavors. We will be ordering again in the future.

Nani the server was RUDE! How is she allowed to be rude to paying customers. If I ever visit Ohio again, this is one restaurant I will never eat at again dine-in nor take out.

Delicious! We tried the garlic rub and will absolutely be getting it again.
