Overall I would say 4/5 stars. The milkshakes definitely look amazing, and i’m sure most of them taste amazing but we must have just not picked a flavor we fell in love with. We tried the Brookie Batter Milkshake, the best part of it was the cookie, brownie, and cookie dough on the top. The workers were very friendly even for being late at night and pretty busy. A fun experience overall.
Bought a huge milkshake along with one scoop of chocolate ice cream. Sat it on the edge right next to ny one year old and it got fling as soon as she sat it down. Told me the would make another one for me only to leave me sitting there for an hour then tell me they arent replacing it. I used to love this place. Wont be back especially after spending over 30 for 2 things with a nice tip. Its sad to see that its going down hill. I come here everyday and spend at least 30 dollars. Lost a very loyal customer. Guess its back to dairy queen 👑😞
You have to go here it is worth the trip! The selection is amazing. The staff was great and the milkshake was amazing. The cheesecake milkshake comes with a whole piece of cheesecake! Awesome!!!
Loved the number of choices!!! Had the Coke Brownie Float & it was great!!! Birthday cake milkshake my grandaughter got was awesome. Worth the visit.
It was your typical, basic ice cream; nothing spectacular. I expected better and have definitely had better. The prices were high as well. The lady working was nice and the place was clean.
Been to other milkshake places like this. A little expensive but worth the experience. Got a July special. They didn't have the ice cream that went with it, but no biggie I got vanilla.
The cashier was very nice and did us a solid favor. The problems started when I heard that our bill for a single item was over $19 with taxes.
Then we had to wait for what seemed like a very long time only to be given the wrong order. By the time we noticed the wrong order we were already down the street and didn't want to go back to try to exchange.
The pie and ice cream were delicious but nowhere close to being $19 good, even with the souvenir jar. They also don't have free water cups, you can only get bottled water.
The cashier went above and beyond but the price for what I consider a mediocre dessert (large amounts of whip cream to make it appear huge) along with being served the wrong item will prevent me from returning.
I would have included pictures but it was a melting mess by the time we were served.
Absolutely loved their cool ice cream creations. If you pass through Columbus, Ohio you have to make a stop!!!
The ice cream was okay but it was more about the experience of being there in the art of the ice cream
The service was awful - 45 minutes for 3 milkshakes and they forgot the 3rd sundae - there was no urgency or customer service - awful

They charge for a glass of water, which was frustrating given the prices. Unique experience otherwise.
Well.. Here goes my first ever review. First off I would like to say thank you to the African American gentleman who always helped me and my friends who used to bike around up until this day. Okay I will get right to the point. Me and my friends stopped by the yard on a Saturday afternoon, I would say around 5ish because that’s when we usually bike. Now usually the young gentleman I believe when I heard someone call his name it was quan/quam something along those lines I really liked him! I have him all my cash one time. So me and my friends usually know what we want but this time we wanted to try something new. So I go up to the register and it’s a young African American lady working with what looked like a pigtail it was very long just one braid to the back of her hair. I go and I ask her what are her suggestions and she tells me she’s not sure and to go based off my favorite ice cream, no suggestions no nothing. So I can admit me and my friend was standing in line for about 2 minutes trying to decide and she says” Can you guys step out of my line I have customers to handle. “ like extremely aggressive and we were nothing but nice to the young lady. So we step out of line and it’s really not that busy but it is getting there. So we go back and we were chatting and randomly she goes “if you aren’t ready to order please step out of line now. “ and this was as we were standing behind people. So we brush it off again we just thought she was in a bad mood. So we order and everything and she is just tapping the screen really hard kind of like slouching around as we were paying, just huffing and puffing we could tell we were not wanted. So we get our ice cream and the server was extremely nice and she even got us some spoons, wiped our table down. I just felt very unwelcomed and I never do when I go. I hope she can get dealt with appropriately. I probably will not be back. Thank you for reading.
The ice cream itself that they use tastes so horrible. A weird nasty unique taste. If they would use a better ice cream it'd be very good but since they don't its a waste of money.
There was piss on the toilet seat, the service wasn’t great and you couldn’t even really drink your milkshakes without a spoon
Very overpriced for low level ice cream that could have been bought at the gas station. Wait times are long, bathroom was completely gross, and the sundae was aggressively bland and definitely did not make up for the experience.
