The guy at the front was very rude doesn’t pay attention and has a attitude

Great quality, which is reflected in the price - but at least through the major online ordering services there are often a few items priced as BOGO, which is a great opportunity to try something new. As everyone has said, the black sugar is amazing, with a unique, complex sweetness.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. We came in thinking it was going to be a nice experience, but the guy working there completely ruined it. He wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t even bother to listen to what we were saying. The attitude he gave us was just awful — super rude for no reason. We ended up leaving right away because it honestly wasn’t worth it. Definitely not coming back.

They're never opened on time, me, my family and friends are always trying to go there and we never are able to get it, and some websites it says they open at 11:30?

Drinks were extremely sweet even after requested less sugar. It used to be very good. Something has changed.

We’ve driven by here for years but never stopped in until today. We will certainly be back! Service was professional and fast. Their menu of drinks has a lot of variety. We both had the tiger mango sago.

Late-night boba run: chocolate malt milk with cream mousse—yum. Golden oolong plus cheese mousse—meh. Laid-back atmosphere, fair prices, and they’re open till 10:30 pm (11 pm weekends). Solid 4/5 for an easy fix—just choose wisely.

I tried their classic black sugar boba tea and mango sago, and both were really good. What stood out the most to me was that they use Costco’s 2% reduced fat milk — a total game changer! I’ve been to many other boba spots, and the milk quality just didn’t cut it. Since milk plays a big role in how good boba tea tastes, I really appreciated that. Definitely recommend this place!

Tiger Sugar is a great place for quality sugar milk. As long as you understand that as their baseline, you’ll be fine. They have very good, but very sweet boba. For quality tea, head elsewhere.

They serve a delicious classic Tiger Sugar milk bubble tea. The quality is really expressed at half sweetness in my view, as usual. They unfortunately served us a batch of teas with spoiled milk at first. I felt bad to have it replaced but they gladly obliged and the quality was there thereafter. I am hopeful they can prevent that error in the future as it's excellent when fresh we expected!
