The boba and drinks are good if not too sweet. Even asking for less sugar doesn’t lower it much. Asked if they would ever have hot drink. The guy responded with no English. Guess he only spoke Spanish. Not exactly what I would expect at a bubble tea shop. If you want something cold and have a sweet tooth and want some other snacks go for it but if you are trying to stay warm in the Ohio fall/winter go elsewhere.

Many drinks here can be made fully vegan, not just lactose free! They have soy and oat milk options for drinks, which is so, so appreciated by this boba loving vegan. My spouse likes the Oreo milk tea and I enjoy the coffee.

Place was great at open and the following months. Seems like a change in staff, and everything has gone downhill. Drinks are constantly made incorrectly and horrible service, just look at the recent reviews.

my drink was made wrong. even after confirming with me if i wanted pearl or not, i only wanted boba and instead they gave me boba AND coffee jelly. did not want that and did not order it.
the people i was also with their drinks were also made incorrectly. one asked for taro with pudding and it was NOT taro at all. they were made by an older woman.
don’t waste your money here for incorrectly made drinks. didn’t have a problem prior until this visit and enjoyed my time here.

I went there last week and tried to order some bubble tea. The menu on the kiosk was very confusing, everything looked the same! So I went to the bar to order and asked for a drink with no boba, and what different between some of the menus but they couldn't speak or understand English....
Probably hire someone who actually knows how to make a bubble tea and treat customers. ?♀️Ordered my usual but it tasted bad so I went and ask her. She said that’s how she makes it. I was already pissed because I’ve been coming here since March almost every other day and order this drink with half sugar no ice almost every time. She did not offer a remake or refund(only had two sips). Drove back after 20 minutes because it tasted really so bad. ?I didn’t take refund or remake since I already had half of it(I kept thinking it might be my tongue so I kept trying). She then said it again that’s how she makes it. ?♀️She didn’t even apologize for the slightest until I asked her to. Even then she apologized casually and said it again, that’s how she makes the drink?♀️I just wanted a better attitude and hope for a promise that it won’t happen again… nope none of that. I went to kungfu tea and order my usual with half sugar no ice. Yep their half sugar no ice tastes like their usual half sugar no ice?

Dude the coffee boba is soooo good!! (No cream mouse, less sugar) I'm an oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso girlie at Starbucks and this drink is equal in deliciousness.
