After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I’ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer service and bad management. And even thought this location has been better than most it was still in need of a little help.The last few weeks I’ve noticed tremendous improvements with the store. Any other place, you can order a number 12, and get the number 12. Here, you have to say"i want the number twelve combo". Otherwise you only get part of your order and the manager will show you her true self
Stopped in because our Canadian friends love Timmies. Not much on the menu for my vegetarian wife. The staff could use customer service training and all of the tables were dirty. The coffee however was great !
