Was out of half the things I ordered. Couldn’t refund my money. They said I had to call customer service to get my money back but it directed me to fill out a form where I was told to leave my number and the issue. They never got back to me. Tired of these restaurants taking advantage and not having a good customer service where your issues are addressed or even acknowledged. Never going here again. The staff was extremely rude and tried not even giving us the rest of our order that they did have such as our drinks and donuts. Worst place ever

How about a bagel with half cream cheese half nothing? This is the normal for Newark Ohio’s Tim Hortons.
They are supposed to open at 5am and it's 548am and they aren't open now I've got to get off the bus somewhere else to get my morning coffee and it's just a big hassle my husband is in a wheelchair chair he is a quadriplegic and it's not easy having to load and unload him off the bus I expect that if the sign says they open at 5am they should be open
Don't trust website. I town for Marathon walked there for a quick breakfeast. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I have heard of them and never been, but it did not disappoint! And they made a fresh 40 chocolate for me to take back home to Denver
One worker and a massive line. Pay your employees more or close the store!
They only have a select amount of donuts. No sandwiches, etc. They're not doing the whole menu yet
Asked for a breakfast sandwich and was told no I guess they don’t feel like I deserve a breakfast sandwich it’s unbelievable I will never go back to this place no the piece of trash won’t even answer the phone.

I went in for a sandwich but that location was trying a new thing?
After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I’ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer service and bad management. And even thought this location has been better than most it was still in need of a little help.The last few weeks I’ve noticed tremendous improvements with the store. The staff seems happier and more proficient. My food has been correct and the first time, the wait time has dramatically change for the better.The new manager Kyle has done a fantastic job changing the atmosphere at the store in his short time as manager.Good job Kyle and Tim Hortons staff, I’m glad we have a good Tim Hortons in the Reynoldsburg area again.
Never been to a Tim Hortons and never will again. The man at the cash register was a manager and acted like I was such an inconvenience to his day because I didnt know the exact operations of a Tim Hortons and having the audacity to ask for what the menu said it had.
