After going to this Tim Hortons and others in the area, I’ve almost stopes going there altogether because of poor customer service and bad management. I stopped at this location twice while in Columbus. The first time the service was fine. The second time I went was in the morning. They opened late. It was after 8 am. I ordered 3 breakfast meals and never received my hashbrown sticks. I also never received a receipt to see if I was charged for them. Also there wasnt any donuts made. This location only has 2 booths that were taken up by one person in each booth. I suggest that this location puts up signs booths are for 2 or more...
It sits @ broad and high the very center of town! It can be very busy during early morning rush! Coffee donuts and even hot food items. The downside is they are not open late and they are open standard 6-5 m-f hours. 8-3 on weekends! Conveniently located close to buses Cosi and convention center!
