I spent a couple hours here while waiting on car repairs. All of the staff were so friendly. One checked in on me to see if I needed anything and another asked if I needed the radio turned down while I was reading.

This took place the morning of October 31st, 2024 at 9:41am. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This location is horrible I was overcharged for ordering omelet bites and a hash brown and coffee. He charged me a combo price when all I ordered was add-ons. My my hash brown tasted like it was reheated. I ordered bacon omelet bites, they gave me spinach. Omelet bites and they were burnt. My coffee tasted like it was burnt. I ordered a ice Caramel Macchiato . No caramel taste at all. It really tasted like it was burnt coffee. So when I confronted the cashier about overcharging me. He got rude and said when you order. 2 food items and a drink , the system will automatically rings up as a combo. No, not when you order 2 add-ons
the ordered is not a combo meal whatsoever. So when I got home I noticed how horrible my food was. I tried calling the store several times when I got home. Nobody would answer. I wanted to speak with a supervisor but they don't answer their phone.. So I called customer service because I didn't get any satisfaction in the store with that cashier. And you have to wait for the store owner to call you back. We'll see how long it takes them to get back with me . It's sad I spent money on food and a drink that I can't even eat. I will never go to this Tim. Hortons ever again.

Horrible spot. Their ice cap machine is always down. We've been here and tried to order ice cap multiple times, all 10 times has been down. I honestly don't think the workers really work here.

This location is slow, they've gotten my order wrong numerous times. I'm not sure why I keep coming back. I've ordered the Bacon everything bagel the last two times i've gone there - this morning was the second time they've given me the B.E.L.T. bagel sandwich.. which is $.30 more expensive than the Bacon Everything Bagel.. and they didn't even put it on an everything bagel. Even after repeating the order back to me. I should've looked at the sandwich but I was already in line for over 15 minutes. GET IT TOGETHER.

We go through the drive-thru this morning at 8:30. There was a decent line the lawn people blow all the trash into the woods and neighborhood fences. And our blowing dust in all of the cars through the drive-thru. At the window I asked for a manager let them know their lawn people are just blowing the trash into the woods. He said he was just an ant and shrugged his shoulders. What's the point of having a manager that says that to his customers. Then proceeded to try to hand us our drinks while they were literally leaf blowing beside our car

On Tuesday July 30th, in between the times 9am-10am, a gentleman took my order and i asked for a BLT , he asked me with what meat? i said a BLT it only has bacon. Well…. he didn’t like that and retaliated on my food. my croissant was super burnt. And minutes later when i had driven back home i come to find out that the hot chocolates i ordered were both hot coffees no sugar . it’s incredible how ignorant people can be… choose another job. This is why i always check my food before leaving. Now i have to check my drinks too.

Used the mobile app, they acted surprised when I said I had a mobile order. They had 4 mobile orders they hadn't even acknowledged yet. Kitchen didn't even know they had to make something. Took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got the food. Way too expensive for that.
