The lobby is never open, the staff is always rude, it don’t matter what time of day you come. That job is not hard at all, it’s just coffee and donuts and maybe a couple of sandwiches. Yall’s management should do better.

The rims of our cups had black dirty grime on them. We discovered this because one of the lids popped off immediately after they handed us the coffee out the drive thru and absolutely SCALDED my arm. I called to ask what was on the rim and tell them they burnt the bajeesus out of me and asked for a refund when they asked “well what do you want me to do about it? Make you a new one?” They told me they couldn’t give me a refund without a receipt. I told them that they didn’t give me a receipt. Calling corporate and the health dept ASAP.

Update: the Columbus dept of health inspected and found that the cup dispensers were dirty and causing this issue. Gross! I was told by corporate (a month ago) that the owners of this location would reach out to me, but they have not. Unfortunately, these same incompetent owners control almost all of the Tim Horton’s in the state, so knowing they’re just ok with hazardous health conditions, I’ll avoid all of them going forward.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! On August 3, 2025, I visited this location via the drive-thru. The service was unprofessional from the start, with the employee at the speaker lacking any engagement. My order for three sandwiches, donuts, one lemonade, and two cups of water was incorrectly charged as four sandwiches. While at the window, I observed the employee fill our water cups from a utility sink. I requested a refund for the extra sandwich and declined the water. The employee who processed the refund showed no apology or customer service. After receiving my order, I found that the donuts were missing. I went inside to retrieve them, but again, no apology was offered for the oversight. Upon returning to my car, I discovered two plastic-like hairs on my bagel sandwich. I re-entered the store to request a full refund, and once more, the employees were apathetic and failed to apologize for the health and safety concern. The lack of proper food handling and customer service at this location is unacceptable. This experience was so poor that I will not be returning.

I ordered everything bagel toasted with butter. bagel was not toasted and butter was slapped on it like grease. I went back to get right. They showed such a bad attitude and said I was supposed to ask for double toasted. I got the order refunded. I went to Tim Hortons on Hilliard Rome Rd. They charged me more for the same order and said they gave me butter on both bagels. Tim Hortons is my favorite place coffee and breakfast but boy they need to be trained better.
