I ordered everything bagel toasted with butter. bagel was not toasted and butter was slapped on it like grease. I went back to get right. They showed such a bad attitude and said I was supposed to ask for double toasted. I got the order refunded. I went to Tim Hortons on Hilliard Rome Rd. They charged me more for the same order and said they gave me butter on both bagels. Tim Hortons is my favorite place coffee and breakfast but boy they need to be trained better.

If I could give 0 stars I would …. Absolute mess of customer service at the window. Pulled up at drive thru 15 mins to closing .. ask for donuts - he says they’ve run out. Ask for iced drink - they say run out. Ask for hot drink - they say machine is broken. Finally give up and pull up at window to be greeted by a rude woman just blanking staring like she doesn’t understand English. Ask her what they actually have and she says they’re closing soon so everything is shut down except black coffee. Ok, well maybe just lead with that at the drive thru window ??
UPDATED review : Tim Horton response - I’m not sure why you wanted me to reach out to the link you sent through. I have had no substantial response from the guest services you told me to reach out to.

My friend and I came in and she ordered a grilled cheese and paid for it. We then heard a dispute between the very nice cashier and the apathetic person making our food that she had already turned off the grill. The cashier very kindly told us he couldn’t make a grilled cheese, while searching for other options my friend asked the cook a question and she didn’t answer, essentially ignoring my friend. I then went up while she was up there and she didn’t acknowledge me for quite some time and when she “did” she just stared at me until I asked for a plastic knife. She then still continued to not say a word to me whilst also glaring at me. Mind you, it was nearly two hours before close. I only gave two stars for the service because of her, otherwise the sweet cashier would have gotten five! The food however was great as always, but I do wish the woman making it would have had a better bedside manner. It felt like we were inconveniencing her.

I had a really bad experience. Every moment of each interaction was painful.

At the drive through, I asked what the size options for Timbits were and before I could finish the sentence the worker was interrupting. OK fine, I can get over that. She abruptly tells me to pull up to the window.

Now I’m at the window and I’m being served by 3 different people. She sticks her hand out the window without speaking so I hand her my credit card. She hands it back, no receipt with the card or with my order. Then I have to ask for my coffee. One person goes to get it, one says pull up and wait somewhere in the parking lot. Then I hear someone yell for me to wait at the window so I do that. Every moment is just strange.

I open the bag. It’s missing the hash brown. The biscuit the sandwich was on is completely falling apart. I tried to take a bite and it crumbled into immediate pieces so I just gave up.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I have never seen a 5 minute interaction go so badly….and then the end result being basically inedible food.

I’d say don’t go here unless you want to feel like you’re inconveniencing the employees and want to spend money on food you can’t eat and even if you could, I’m not entirely sure I’d want to.

Today June 8 at 630ish I went through drive thru and Ordered a medium coffee 2 creams and 1 sugar. What I received was a medium cup of coffee flavored cream. It looked like slightly tan milk. It was so disappointing and disgusting. I love Tim’s and was looking forward to it since it’s been over a year since I’ve had any. Try training your staff better. He was a pleasant young male who does not know how to make coffee.

This location is the absolute worst. The manager here and one of the employee who I believe is a second manager are incredibly rude. Everytime I order at the drive thru, the employee disrupts when I'm not finished ordering, I never get a receipt, and some days they get my order wrong and when I try to correct it, they practically throw the bag in my face. The older white lady who I believe to be the manager is very impatient... not to mention the other manager.. a tall black girl. I am done coming to this Tim hortons, I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Ps, this place is filthy

Woman working the window was the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. I had a free drink coupon and forgot to tell her until I got to the window (which I apologized for, I’ve worked in customer service for years and understand that can be irritating) and she immediately snapped and said, “seriously??? You couldn’t tell me at the speaker??!” In the meanest voice possible in that moment. And then wouldn’t take the coupon and was rude the rest of the interaction. I understand people can be irritable, especially when you are at work, but if you hate your job enough that it is making you act out on people then it is time to start looking for a new job. I just went through the drive-through to get a quick drink before work and immediately that experience started my morning in the worst way possible.

The absolute dog shit experience I’ve had. No actual effort or care given in preparation and they gave half the meal away to a completely different person
