If I can give 0 , I will but unfortunately I can’t I have been a customer for Tim Hortons for almost 23 years . This by far the worst location I have ever visited I ordered 5 medium dark roast coffee pick up order. All of them went to trash . How hard can you train your employees to put the correct amount of sugar and creamer. This is the last time I will ever order from this place . Please check the bethel rd location and have ur employees train over there.

Every morning I stop here when in town and I must say they're is an older lady that is always on point and my drinks are exactly as ordered, however on her days off I keep getting served by a lady named TK, and every single time my coffee is absolutely horrible! Complete garbage Always tastes burned and bitter not sure if she is pouring before the brew is done or what but it's unacceptable! This morning I witnessed her trying to clear the sugar machine work a long spiral metal rod and when that didn't work she then chose to rip open sugar packets " most of which went all over the counter and not in my coffee" maybe we should clean our equipment or have a little bit of care for her job! I will be back and if my order is prepared by the older lady I will gladly pay if it's the above mentioned worker I will gladly drive away and go to the location off of olentangy she can drink that nasty coffee at that point! Management I'd get your workers educated as to why this is not acceptable and if you as owners/Management see this type of service as acceptable I hope you end up closing your doors as you are giving the TH brand a horrible reputation!

I don’t think I’ve gotten an order correctly done once from this location. I only come back because it’s so close to my house. But today it was purposely wrong and I’m fed up. I asked for a hot latte. I got handed a coffee in a paper cup for hot drinks, so I drove off thinking it was my hot latte but I took a drink and it’s ice cold. They made an iced drink and just poured the cold drink into a paper cup. And didn’t tell me anything. It’s just lazy and rude and this is legit the 10th time they have messed up my order and I’m finally complaining about it. Also they are typically very rude to me at the drive thru, but the woman this morning was sweet and gave my dogs a treat, so I am grateful for you!

Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.

Came today for breakfast. I ordered online. The lady asked me if I wanted creamer and sugar in the iced coffee but I didn't know how much to add knowing I ordered a vanilla iced coffee. She gave me three seconds to give her an answer then said well I guess your getting a black coffee.. then I left and realized they forgot my 2 donuts. Went back n when she heard she was like ughh then came back with one I said ma'am it was 2 she proceeded to scream OH MY GODDD and gave me the other donut. Very unprofessional.
Standard fast food, good donuts, great service. Don't usually go inside but the folks in the drive through are great.

I will say that I have not visited many tim Hortons, probably could count on one hand. However, I visited this location today after my plasma treatment and I can honestly say I won't visit this location again. It took me a second to look the menu as I don't frequent these locations, I was met with a rushed cashier, I understand possibly busy. I'm used to places when they put your food order up they clearly state a name or the item for people to hear. When my friend asked if this was my meal, the lovely lady working told him she didn't know. Overall, I just felt unwanted to be in this establishment, and that's fine, as I wouldn't want to come back.
