The coffee here is great and the people are friendly. There have been three separate times that I have tried to use a coupon for a $1.49 coffee that has been around $3 instead. I was expecting the .79 upcharge due to the syrup, but it's still been close to a dollar more than it should be. Every time I ask after it, they simply say that's what their register did. I've paid it all three times after bringing attention to the fact that it is wrong, but I am not planning to return to that TH when using a coupon again. But TH was prompt, tasty, and warm aside from that.

I do grubhub I head here to pick up the order, I walk in and see a section for pickups and see orders sitting there, I don't touch anything I just look and see If I see the name I need. Immediately an older white woman yells UM MAY I HELP YOU!!! ... yes I'm here for a pick up.. she then tells the other worker "GO OVER THERE AND CHECK THAT BEFORE HE TRYS TO TAKE ANYTHING" dude seriously I simply tell her the name I need sure enough what do you know you guys have it the names match nobody's trying to steal anything whats the point of having a station for pick ups if when a driver comes in and sees orders there are they not supposed to wonder if one is theirs? I honestly don't know if this was a race thing or she was having a bad day but when sombody walks in and you just Immediately yell at them... you don't know if I'm a customer or why I'm here and to be like go make sure he don't try to take anything when I'm just doing my job... just unbelievable

It was horrible service and it was not on time. Also the food was cold and tasted like it was expired. I will not come back and neither should you!

I used to love going to this location. It took a very long time to get through the drive thru and it was only 3 cars in front. The older lady working the drive thru was rude and told me I didn’t order what I asked for when I arrived at the pickup order. We asked for sausage egg and cheese bagel and we got bacon instead. She didn’t apologize and asked us to pull ahead to correct it. We were then given a very undercooked English muffin instead of the the bagel sandwich. I then went inside to get it corrected. While I was waiting, I noticed the ice cap machine was working and people were getting them but when I asked in the drive thru I was informed it was broken. The whole experience was bad. Another thing to note, I was waiting the lady from the drive thru was asking customers if any of them knew how to read and if anyone wanted a job. I recommend going to another location.
I love this location. It's not overcrowded, I can charge my phone, and it has a cozy environment.

First time ordering through the mobile app, and went to the drive thru and the old lady was really mean to my boyfriend when he stated he had a mobile order. The lady literately in a rude tone said “you want me to guess your mobile order?? “ really rudely. And then they forgot something in my order, so I went inside and the gentleman was really nice about it
