Bad service. The ladies working there are rude. They refused to give me my order in two occasions even if I showed them my purchase receipt. They claimed they didn’t have my order in their system.

This is my second incident at this Tim Horton. Very rude staff ,especially the ladies. I pass here every morning for a cup of coffee and a croissant. On many occasions they throw it in the bag bcs they know people don't look and you get to work and you have a surprise at the quality of the food you bought, so I started looking in the bag at the window. The croissant was so flat like it has fallen dawn and I requested to change.Two ladies one younger and other middle age were soo rude,refused to change,threw my card in the bag with the croissant and close the window. Please can the manager let those rude people go because that is not what we need early in the morning. I'm attaching the pictures of those croissants.
