I don’t know if the staff was high or what. Had a mobile order with 1 frozen hot chocolate and 3 donuts. Came in and ordered another order with a sandwich and latte, they burnt my sandwich and I had to remind them twice that I still owed them to pay. They forgot 1 donut and told me 5 minutes later they don’t do frozen hot chocolate here even though it went through online? Never got my latte either that I came here in the first place for.

For one , false advertising. Says you have fountain soda and they said they don’t serve pop there ?? and how are you going to have combos but stop serving hashbrowns at 11 at a breakfast place ? Very disappointing to say the least .

Inexplicably closed. Only one staff member emerged after I took pictures to upload to Google about it claiming to have twisted an ankle. She said she was working alone. So apparently they are understaffed and a dangerous working environment. Perhaps understandably she was upset, but she chose to take it out on me... I won't make the mistake of coming here again.

The WORST OF THE WORST!! This literally had to be the worst restaurant experience in 57 years on this planet!! Lol, The drive thru menu CLEARLY says "afternoon pick me up" "$3.00 for a coffee and muffin" after 1pm.....I was there on December 14th at 230pm.... I ordered the "pick me up", the girl working said " I don't have a button on my register for that promotion"....so she wouldn't give it to me.... I said " that's bull".....she started immediately yelling and cussing, hanging out the drive thru window as i pulled away, flipping me off and yelling "*uck You"!!!... Corporate will no doubt hear about this, just completely incompetent!!

The coffee always taste great. I normally get a bagel in the morning or a doughnut. Always fresh and good…Parking: Nice big parking lot

A good TH. This place is decorated well, but nobody cleaned the dining room. Also, their parking lot was sort of greasy.

Finally got a Tim's close to me and it's only open/closes when they feel like, some days u might catch it open from 6am till 11am!!!! The site says they close at 5, and the store sigh says 2,!!! So sad 2c it just sit there n go 2 waste!

Tim hortons coupon rules aren't convenient at all. I am 38 weeks pregnant with a 4 year old and decided to stop and grab timbits and something to drink and was only allowed to use one of the coupons. And i had 4 worth 2 drinks and 2 timbits. Only 6$ value altogether. So I used one coupon, an order of timbits to give my 4 year old instead. He eats before me. So, to me, their coupons are pointless. I even asked to walk out and come back in to do different transactions and was told NO. So I left it alone. Tim's get a 2star. It was my first time and be my last. Have a blessed day.

Not a great franchise of Tim Hortons. They are often out of certain items, and employees are usually on their phone or having personal conversations while working the drive through. I go because it’s conveniently located but it’s a hit or miss whether I will have a good experience or not.

The ladies working today have 0 customer service skills and they made my coffee terrible. Didn't even notice until I was already too far from the store. Will not be going back to this one.

Hello. I ordered breakfast from this location 5/19/23 for someone at a funeral! The delivery driver brought in a case of Ensure! Clearly mixed my order up with someone ordering from a store. I've contacted TH via FB, on the app, etc. and recieved a case #, but nothing has been resolved or refund issued. This is a 2 week old issue and no one has reached out for resolution! What ever is taking so long? Is this how you treat all your customers? I've NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a business so I will be reaching out to other entities including the news media to see how other people are being treated.

I was a patron at the subway eating my lunch, the employees from the Tim hortons were playing their rap music so loud that I asked them to turn it down and they just didn’t, it was screaming into the dining room of subway that’s how loud it was. It’s ridiculous to think this place is running without any management and has no one to contact with issues or problems with the order and the owner/ operator of this store doesn’t care bc we all can read the horrible review the employees get here. Which means this store is an issue and shouldn’t waste your money on it. The staff is a waste and so is the business coming here. Subway was great tho! Thank you to the subway employees! They were on the other hand lovely! And will be returning to spend money just because I was respected and didn’t screw my order. So if you don’t read this and spend your money here and read this after. Then I’m so sorry :(

I am a regular here during the week. Today, I had such a bad experience that I won't be back.I use the app and take advantage of the offers such as 2 for $5 Farmers Wraps, etc. Today I wanted to use the 2 for $3 French Vanilla and hot chocolate deal. The lady at the speaker told me it's online only. It did not say "mobile orders only," as some offers do from time to time. The lady kept interrupting me and spoke in a rude tone, repeating that the coupon was online orders only. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different lady and tried explaining the issue to her. She closed the drive thru window in my face. When she gave me my order (the coupon WAS valid in store), she said rudely "Next time, order it back there because we're on a timer!"If you'd educate your employees about the offers in the app, it wouldn't have been an issue. Don't make me feel rushed and treat me poorly because YOU messed up.
