**another edit- specifically the older black woman who wears that ridiculous fluffy thing around her work uniform. Just walked away from my fiancé at the register this morning for no reason. At about 9:15-9:20 if you’d like to check **edit For the last 2 weeks, their customer service is horrible. So rude, every single morning. Forget whip cream on every single order. We took them back one time and the woman said we were being too picky. Not really when extra whip cream is $1.50. Terrible staff
They forgot the whip cream on all of my ordered drinks… so I drove up there, drove off and they still didn’t put whip cream on the drinks after I drove 20 min to have them fix it… they also forgot 2/5 baked items.. I left the drive through and they only gave me 2/5… I drove off with less than I came with and they forgot even MORE… whole ordered couldn’t be corrected

Was behind a young lady at tim hortons drive thru and heard the general manager named faye get smart with her told the supervisor named Eric not to give her any coupons then refuse to talk to this young lady and then walked off then seen Eric slam the drive thru window in her face she went to knock on the window and he then opens the window slams it on her fingers and told her keep her hands away from the window these employees are unprofessional and have no business working where they have to deal with people I come to this tim hortons everyday but after what I seen this location has just lost a customer until this situation is handled and those employees are fired

I was getting coffee with coupons && the manager said I couldnt use more than one coupon . ( which I didn’t know because they’ve never said that to me and I go there every morning ) well I said I can go around 3 times and she ignored me so I asked her if I should and she ignored me again so I asked a 3RD TIME & she said well fix it right here, and then Looked at another employee and told that employee not to give me no more coupons, well when you use coupons you get more & I mentioned that and the manager Faye ignored me and shut the window so I asked if I could talk to the manager a total of 10 times, 3 different employees came to the window and said she doesn’t want to talk to you and one of the employees by the name of Eric smashed my fingers in the window and cussed me out and told me to leave ! I got everything on video if they try to ever say different. Overall love that Tim Hortons never ever had issues there before . Hopefully they can get better employees in there because I will no longer go to that Tim hortons again !

Had the guy at the window fight with me for 10 minutes telling me I still owed him money after he scanned my pay barcode on my app because he wasn’t reading the register correctly. Completely unacceptable. Train your employees better.

You still cannot go inside but the service and food varies depending on who you get making your food. I always get the two bagels with cream cheese toasted. Sometimes there is too much cream cheese it’s smeared on the bag. Sometimes it’s done right and well toasted. Sometimes the older lady complains about coming to work. Sometimes it’s fast and efficient.
Parking: I wouldn’t park in this shopping plaza unless you wanna get your car smashed
You apparently can't get a dozen donuts at this location in the morning. After she told me that she told me she also didn't take my drink order to begin with. Gave up went somewhere else.
