Amazing staff, fast service and amazing atmosphere! This is the only Tim Hortons that I go to, due to the speed of service and nice and friendly staff.

Excessive wait times. Waited 20 min in line and didn’t even get acknowledged. Expected from your typical westside fast food chain

They are quick due to speed of service, which is understandable. However, they told me they didn’t have any Fruit chunks for the watermelon Refresher which was fine however they could’ve told me that they were giving me a bacon and cheese omelette bite on a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. My four-year-old was not happy.

No good service today the lady with freckles on drive-thru was angry she treated us very badly . I paid her but we didn’t eat the food . I don’t recommend for no body is she is working there
I went through the drive thru today and experienced horrible customer service from a young man, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Incompetent at his job. I drove out without completing my order, I will never return to this location.

Customer service is horrible, they don’t greet you, they have inappropriate conversations, they are very unorganized and unprofessional. I ordered on the app at this store clearly and they tell me my order isn’t there when clearly it pulled up on the screen. I gave my order # which is the number the Tim Hortons app gave me and she still said they don’t have it. The people at the drive thru was unprofessional. This Tim Hortons is probably one of the worse ones I’ve been to. Someone needs to teach everyone here about customer service because clearly no one has a clue!

Aside from the fact that you’re going damage your tires just trying to get in there, then they highly disappoint you with the coffee and garbage food! All cream no coffee!?! Tim Hortons! I am not coming back to any locations and deleting the app! You only want to resolve problems with app orders only and nothing whatsoever about in person purchases. Buh bye 👋

The coffee was golden , like they have a personal leprechaun pissing in the cup
