EVERYTIME I go here for coffee. I always get whatever they choose to give me. The coffee never taste the same a they could really care less about it. Great staff but they don’t go the extra to make sure the orders are correct. At least that’s been my experience

Came by about an hour ago went inside as the line was a little long today. Im not sure when tims started allowing active users to work high on shift but I was taken aback by the blonde manager. She was very out of it it’s obvious she’s on drugs I’m not sure why they have her working like that especially managing!! Very sad please do better & get her some help!! Won’t be returning to this location

I ordered at 9:57 didn’t get my order until 10:22. Three people ordered in store after we went in and they got served first. The lady making bagels made several other bagels and sandwiches before ours. The bagel wasn’t even close to toasted and the hash brown was soggy. When we were finally handed our order, our drink was automatically taken back as they didn’t make it correctly. The store smelt so bad and all the workers look like they are using some type of substance. No one greeted us or was kind and helpful in anyway

At least 2 out of 5 times you will get cheap coffee instead of the one you actually asked for (but you will pay more for it). Coffee is the only reason to go to tim's and this place does not do it well.

Its 630pm and I just tried to go get my sister and I a coffee (I was just here at this location on S High St. this morning) and now there are signs taped up on the drive thru menu, front doors, and on the drive thru window that says “closed until further notice”???? Does anyone know why???

Sunday, March 9th: Terrible Service. Spoke to some guy at 8:32 Am confirming he had all items I wanted in stock, after letting him know I will place an order with uber eats... Shortly I recieve a message on uber eats that this particular store is not excepting orders at this time. So disgusting! I call the store back and he refused to answer the call. I will let corporate know about this. If you are too lazy to take special request Simple don't go to work to serve people! Sick people

I just had the worst vanilla latte ever. I’m not sure what they put in it, but it’s definitely not what I ordered. $5 for a terrible coffee? Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back, and honestly, you shouldn’t either.
