Sunday, March 9th: Terrible Service. Spoke to some guy at 8:32 Am confirming he had all items I wanted in stock, after letting him know I will place an order with uber eats... Shortly I recieve a message on uber eats that this particular store is not excepting orders at this time. So disgusting! I call the store back and he refused to answer the call. I will let corporate know about this. If you are too lazy to take special request Simple don't go to work to serve people! Sick people

I just had the worst vanilla latte ever. I’m not sure what they put in it, but it’s definitely not what I ordered. $5 for a terrible coffee? Definitely not worth it. I won’t be coming back, and honestly, you shouldn’t either.

Not the best experience. They don’t have changing tables for babies. I’m not sure if this is a regular thing, but today they didn’t have card service only cash, since we never carry cash we decided it to place the order online. We never hear anything from them, and after sitting there for over 30 minutes, my husband goes and checks to find out our food has been sitting there for a while. But no one call us and in the app was showing in progress, and to top all this experience, the bathrooms where unclean to be use. I’m giving 2 stars because I do love their coffee, but they need to better train their staff

Ive been to this tims multiple times, they always have regular bagels today I was told they don’t carry them at this location. They then proceeded to have 3 workers stare at me while I made my decision on the other gross bagel types

They were in there playing around joking because the girl got my drink wrong and on top of that i ordered online so it should’ve been done and its right in your face to read so i don’t know what happened they must’ve been playing around too much tbh. they pissed me off so i wrote this bye

While I was in two of the employees got into an argument over the cookies in the display case that’s inside the lobby. One of the employees told another one to go make her own cookies for the customer because they aren’t allowed to sell the ones in the display case until 2pm, just incase someone else might want them. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to have an argument like that while there were customers still waiting for their order to be taken. Also, when the employee handed me my bag with my donuts in them, her nails were disgusting, had black stuff all under them. This building is just all around rude and unprofessional.

Between 7:50pm and 8pm I had to pause in the middle of my order to take a better look at menu options. The cashier asked anything else. Sounded very slow by the way. I replied just a moment. She continued repeating her self several time. Ended up raising her voice very rudely. my wife had to tell her just a moment please. Was rude at window. But looked like she's was coming down on something. This girl need to wakeup.

They have a sign up that says that the lobby is temporarily closed, but it’s not true. They want everybody to be stuck in the Drive thru. So I get in the drive-through to pick up my DoorDash and was told very rudely by Robin that I could not stay in the drive-through that the sign was a lie and that I had to come in. When I went in the Manager never apologized just laughed and said oh that sign is not supposed to be up.
**** Follow up I go in today 10-13-24 to pick up in the inside, Ken is talking crap saying that people see that the drive-through is busy so they think it’s easier to come inside. The only person on the front counter was frustrated and yelled at the customer is telling us that we had to wait because he’s the only one up there and he is backed up. This store is trifling

Walked in right as they had a power outage. We received a few breakfast. Which was pretty good. Food was hot. Service was quick. Staff was friendly even with no power. They worked as a team and kept it together. The manager rocked. We really don't patronize this establishment too much but donuts sounded good.

The girl at the window must of been high or something she spoke very low and slow at the speaker after pulling up to window the same and her eyes look like she was not all there. That was around between 8pm and 9pm.

past two visits my order has been incorrect and what appeared to be avocado was all over my order and the bag. Woman at the drive through is rude. She gets upset when the order is incorrect like you are wasting her time. Manager doesn't seem to care. proceeds to tell me how the sandwich is made instead of working with his staff on how to make clean food. If you have an egg allergy be aware they will just remove the egg and give you the same sandwich or slap a piece of cold cheese on a warm sandwich and hand it back to you. This is sad because Tim Hortons use to be one of my favorite places. Maybe its just this location but they have lost my business.
