This Tim Hortons is close to my job. Damn it... I order too often. No wonder why I don't lose weight! It's early morning, driving to work, I'm hungry, I pull up the app, and next thing I know, I'm at the drive-thru.I'm an egg & cheese biscuit kinda girl. X2Some days, my biscuits are fresher than others... ain't that the truth in life!Is the team pleasant, yes.Can you tell they are stressed sometimes, yes.Can there be a wait at times, yes.I strongly feel they are all doing the best they can, and I will continue to stop there for breakfast and I'll continue to be rewarded with the app.

Only reason I give 2-stars is that my boyfriend loves their French Vanilla Capucinno. Food is great if done correctly. Past couple of times have been a miss. Yesterday I ordered through their app two Take 12's of their Original Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Upon pick-up, none of it was getting done until I got there. It can tell it was a busy morning, I waited. The chocolate one was the one that took awhile and I'm not sure why because when I opened it at my workplace to serve, it was just MUDDY WATER. It was almost clear! I'm furious as they are $26 each! I was very excited to taste their chocolate because the previous time I ordered, they gave me two coffee when it shows I ordered one of each.The company gave me points for the incident, telling me stores are individually owned. I went the same day after work only to be told they can't help me when they weren't the ones thay made it for me that morning. They took my name and number down and I haven't heard from them.From my experience just this afternoon (getting my bf's fav), they seem to have so many new employees that one person is training.Time for people to change location for awhile.

Would give a 0 star review if possible. The woman working here FELICIA is EXTREMELY rude and has been every single time i come in. Why work in fast food if you don't want to deal with customers? their screen was down and my kids wanted donuts and so I asked what kinds they have. Today she was pissed off that I asked her what kinds of donuts they had and started being super rude. She started listing off donuts and after the 3rd one I was like ok that's what I want! She proceeded to ignore me and continue listing every donut they had too quickly for me to hear them and I can physically SEE workers inside making a joke about it bc they had their back door propped open. Super unprofessional

I went on a Monday morning and it was just fine. Got two bagels that were great, The place was clean and the people were kind. Only reason they lost a star was that they ran out of peppermint syrup, which I thought was strange that early in the day, but they did offer an alternative of just using the peppermint bark for the latte instead. I passed on that, but I did appreciate the attempt to make it right.
