Didn’t wait long at all. Doughnuts were good. Drinks were not made the best, they were only filled up 3/4s of the way. And the Carmel Macchiato was more just a Macchiato.

I was helped by a gentleman in the afternoon he was very pleasant got my order quickly he was by himself was pretty busy will you make sure to smile and take care of everyone and I got a good cup of coffee

Huge shoutout to Lonnie!
Lonnie is my guy! He takes the time to remember my orders and ask about my day or week. Numerous times I have seen him taking on a huge line of customers by himself and he has such a good attitude about it. He is one of the main reasons I order at the Riverside Hospital Tim Hortons as opposed to the one close to home.

All we wanted was to try to order online, but the website kept crashing. We tried to go thru the drive-thru to place our order and the gal kept missing what we were ordering. We just gave up and drove off before finishing entering our order.

This Tim Horton's is located INSIDE of Riverside Methodist Hospital. It says their open until 7pm but they close early. Tried to order a coffee on the way to work. This was a disaster.

Here visiting my mom at the hospital, and couldn't even get her an iced coffee because the workers were allowing a customer just to stand and talk their heads off even after they gave them their order. My advice to the employees is if you have customers lining up and someone who has their order is just standing there talking, kindly let them know they need to step aside so other customers can be helped.
Worst cup of coffee. Customer just before me indicated her order was wrong for the 2nd day in a row. The same TH associate(female) fixed my coffee. The coffee was darker that usual (not enough 1/2 cream, 1 sug), did not taste fresh and the liquid seemed to be separating. I've been ordering here for weeks and knew right away my coffee was not right when I later drank it.

I work at Riverside and I go to Tim Hortons every single morning to get a coffee and every single morning. The same person helps me and I tell them exactly what I want and I do not get what I want. It’s always something different. I have asked for my coffee and it doesn’t get done or I have to pay for another one. This is very frustrating.

Here is what $8.33 will get you..a location where they have no problem giving the customer extremely overcooked and rubbery eggs (obviously the green colored eggs is a dead giveaway). And a cup of pop that is all ice and has a very little pop in it. All while your order is taken by a man that did not seem to want to be there and did not seem to want you to be there either.
Manager was very rude. Double charged for breakfast sandwiches and would not refund any money. Sandwiches were awful. Stay away from this place!
