On a recent visit to Columbus, I was happy to see several Tim Hortons locations. Stopped in at this one mid-morning for a coffee. Enjoyed seeing people hanging out and visiting. The coffee was just what I wanted.

The absolute worst!!! They need new staff!!! Rude as hell...I came in this establishment at 5pm (they close at 8) the guy was throwing away all the donuts and bagels, I asked if there was chili and he says they only have donuts and drinks( but he tossed them all) so for the next 3hrs you will be open with No Food!!!!! Ridiculous!!!

After purchasing a bagel i asked for a cup of hot water (to heat my baby's milk in) and the person behind the counter said they don't sell hot water. I clarified that I don't want to buy it brother I just want it for free because I purchased something. He said, " we can't do that, it's not my store that's the rule we can't give hot water, I got in trouble for doing that before" That's ridiculous for a paying customer. Do better Tim Horton's!

I ordered 2 of the bacon egg cheese muffins, 2 hash Brown's, Maple waffle sandwich, small and large coffee. Everything was cold except for the Maple waffle sandwich it was warm not hot. The bacon was chewy the 2 hash Browns were soggy, limp and cold. The only thing savageable out of this breakfast was was the 2 coffees and Maple waffle sandwich. I understand you may be short staffed but you should take pride in what you. I would be willing to wait for something hot and fresh and I'm sure everyone else would too.

I come here most mornings for breakfast (I work at the hospital) and everyone is always so nice and the food is always good. Love the has browns bere especially! Keep up the awesome job everyone ?

Guy at the front taking orders has a negative attitude. Never got his name but was upset I wanted cream and sugar on my coffee. He’s tall that’s all I can give a description on. Also forgot a food item I ordered. I know people can have a bad day but please don’t display it in front of your customers.

Horrible horrible service. We just ordered a coffee the Mexican woman gave us the wrong order. Refused to give us the right order and continued to argue and turn her back. Ridiculous. Should never be in a hospital environment nor working with the public. 4/28/22. 8:01 am. If you are the owner of this franchise I highly highly suggest you review this employee behavior.

Norma is so rude. She clearly is not a happy individual. She acts like you are inconveniencing her when you come thru the drive thru. I hope she finds another place to work that makes her more happy so she can spread some holiday cheer somewhere else.
