There is a very arrogant woman attending! I was going to order two coffees, two sandwiches, and donuts at the drive-thru! And this woman butted in on my conversation with the other worker and said over the speaker that if I had a large order, I should get off and place my order inside! The drive-thru is supposed to be for serving people whether it’s just one coffee or three dozen donuts! If not, I don’t understand why they have a drive-thru if customers have to get out of their cars just because it’s a “large order”. That woman is very rude and the area did not look pleasant. I will never go to this address again! The treatment was very unpleasant. She ordered her coworkers that if they were large orders, they should send the customers to order inside!!

This Tim Hortons need to be shutdown because I always come around between 4 to 5 PM and you gotta to be at the window for at least 20 minutes before they take your order and always there is a two old nasty women’s working there so disrespectful unprofessional dirty and after 20 to 30 minutes I’ll give you a nast coffee if you ask them what’s going on the causing you out so I will say never go that Tim Hortons

I asked for assorted Timbits at 9am, so they would have plenty still available. I got three different flavors and that's it. If I only wanted three, then I would have ordered only three... not the first time I've had issues here, but I figured it had been over a year why not give it a shot! Oh well, lesson learned that this Tim Hortons is just not worth it.

I can't say anything nice about this place just horrible all the way around. Food was disgusting they had zero condiments for anything. I took one bite of my mushy hash brown which tasted like something I can't even describe and tossed it same with the breakfast burrito. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the Wendy's beside it for breakfast. I had to. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to to post

Not surprised about the horrible service at Tim Hortons!I stop coming to these companies for the same reason but today My partner wanted to come hereI was really really hoping not to have to deal with rude employees but wasn’t the case.Very disappointed, disgusted, and frustrated with this morning guyI didn’t eat my food because it wasn’t pleasant and drinks taste horrible ( i don’t know if the guy didn’t made them correctly on purpose or what was the problem)

If this was Cleveland ave store, the staff was not professional, 1- they were very low on product, There was not a good choice, 2- the women kept calling me honey or baby, in which I did not like, 3- I was have coffee in the car, next to me both of the women were taking a smoke break.
