I pulled up at 2:50 p.m. on a Saturday there is one person working in the whole store he said he's the second shift my god when did the first shift leave it's only going on 2:00 p.m.? I asked for a vanilla cream iced coffee he asked that I want cream in it? I'm sorry sir maybe you didn't hear me I would like a medium vanilla cream ice coffee. Again he asked do you want cream and sugar in it or do you want a cold brew. For the last time I would like to have a vanilla cream ice coffee with his next question I gave up and just pulled to the window where I sat for about 5 minutes before he even came to the window he came with a drink that looked like what I asked for I said what is that he said it's a vanilla cream iced coffee. I'm wondering if you understood what I said why did you keep questioning me about that I want cream and something that clearly says it has cream in it and I didn't eat sugar because the syrup that you're supposed to put in it the vanilla flavored syrup is already sweet he said yes that's how I made it I asked is there a manager he said no I'm the only one here he didn't know if this was a company store or a franchise I said thank you have a nice day.

I had to pay twice because the young lady who originally took my order did not hear me properly even after I told her multiple times what I wanted to order they still gave me the wrong food so I went back through the drive-thru a gentleman took my order he was correct about it. He was polite I highly suggest staying away from it any of the restaurants in North Columbus northern lights plaza I've had nothing but troubles over the past year with the fast food restaurant that are on that strip food is good services not so good

Literally the only bad Tim Horton I’ve ever visited. Only drive thru was open. My sandwiches were missing all the meat, made us the wrong drinks and didn’t give me my doughnuts. This after they told me to pull to the side behind another car waiting which then blocked the other drivers in line to be able to get out. It was a mess. If this is your first Tim Horton visit don’t let this location determine if you like Tim Hortons or not. Visit another location. What should have been 5 min visit turned into 25

Hey Boss, I visited your location on November 8, 2025, at 7:00 AM. When I came in to buy a coffee, a man who was standing behind the counter and talking to someone in the kitchen, told me they weren't accepting orders inside, only through the drive-through while my vehicle was not suitable for driver through, But your door stickers showing you're open from 5 AM to 5PM.
Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

I asked for a drink, was told to pull to the side to wait for it, waited a few minutes and came inside to find numerous employees sitting on the counter hanging out. They said they needed the steamer to warm up and it would be a few minutes. I asked for a refund because I needed to get to work and had already waited for some time. They charged me $0.00 in addition to the $5 they already charged for the latte instead of giving a refund.

This place is a very, very bad place. This is the second time I ordered coffee and they sold me water.
WOW WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Officially NEVER going to use another Tim Hortons ever. Had to have my food refunded in the driveway because “I can’t remake it. I can only refund you” BECAUSE IT WASNT HOT. Like what the actual hell? And then he argued with me about he “already handed me my coffee” as I told him “Dude you can see clearly in my car I don’t have it, how much longer please?” As he looked to his right and it was there. “Oh my bad” SHUT DOWN THIS WHOLE FREAKING LOCATION!

There is a very arrogant woman attending! I was going to order two coffees, two sandwiches, and donuts at the drive-thru! And this woman butted in on my conversation with the other worker and said over the speaker that if I had a large order, I should get off and place my order inside! The drive-thru is supposed to be for serving people whether it’s just one coffee or three dozen donuts! If not, I don’t understand why they have a drive-thru if customers have to get out of their cars just because it’s a “large order”. That woman is very rude and the area did not look pleasant. I will never go to this address again! The treatment was very unpleasant. She ordered her coworkers that if they were large orders, they should send the customers to order inside!!
