The best toasted bagel I have ever had! Sure it's just a bagel, but it was so delicious I had to buy a second one?? staff was awesome as well!

The lady working today is working as hard as anyone could. Pleasant and trying to get a ton of orders out. We've been here 45 minutes and still don't have order. Unfortynately, she is working with perhaps the most worthless person I've ever seen. He just spent 30 minutes in the bathroom and now is standing in a stupor. She's trying to get him to work but he just ignores her.

The elderly lady that works at this location deserves a raise!!! She was working her butt off all by herself with 10+ customers in the store. She was so nice and did the best she can to make sure everyone was taken care of! Please make sure that lady is taken care of because she's awesome...the other worker is an older gentleman with gray dreads was absolutely worthless. He needs to be terminated. He didn't help her AT ALL. He didn't care that people were waiting to be helped while the elderly lady was working on getting orders made. He's horrible, lazy, and just a waste of an employee. He needs to be gone and she needs a raise and paid vacation for doing so well!!!

When I got to my destination I have a half cup latte , I assumed it must have foamed up giving the allusion of being full . If I wasn't so far away I would have brought it back . Latte cost to much not to get a full cup . My sever was nice enough I guess.

We ordered a lg coffee with 3 cream and 2 sweetener. There was no coffee taste just milky sweetener taste! The breakfast sandwiches were terrible. The biscuits were hard and the eggs tasted old. So disappointed!
