Hours say that they open at 5am on here and on the doors. At 5:30, two employees stared at me from inside while I tried multiple locked doors. Left and went elsewhere.

Do not order via the mobile app to this store. If they do not have the food available, they will tell you to fill out a form online to get a refund, but then Tim Horton's corporate will tell you to go to the store to get the refund. So basically you will get your money stolen from you in this scenario. But the regular service/food is good, so if you are not ordering online, its ok.

Service was terrible. They don’t listen to customers specially the ones that works with drive-through. They need to confirm before they finalize the order.
We had to make a second round in order to get our original order.

Called to see about Catering or a donation for a resident event my complex is throwing, the person who answered didn’t sound too pleased to be on the phone, then when I told her what I was calling about she just hung up on me. This is very Unprofessional for business!

Literally no point in going through the drive thru ever. They pull every single order, every single time to make their drive thru times look good, despite being parked waiting for orders anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich for $3.59 for the sandwich only. I was charged $4.99, when I questioned the girl she said the computer gives the price. I told her what the sign said and she continued with the order. My sandwich was under cooked and the English muffin wasn't toasted. I never complain but I will never come her again. Terrible service.!
