Literally no point in going through the drive thru ever. They pull every single order, every single time to make their drive thru times look good, despite being parked waiting for orders anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich for $3.59 for the sandwich only. I was charged $4.99, when I questioned the girl she said the computer gives the price. I told her what the sign said and she continued with the order. My sandwich was under cooked and the English muffin wasn't toasted. I never complain but I will never come her again. Terrible service.!

I have rarely used my debit card at this location, but the two recent times I did I got fraudulent charges on it within days. This is within the last two months.
I highly suspect the manager in doing this, as I have heard too many stories of managers doing illegal things, blaming employees when caught and firing them.
If you are fortunate, any morning that Gabby works will be a great experience. She always gets my order right and is super-friendly.
I have been here three or four times and every time I order a plain donut. It always tastes stale; like it’s from the day before. The employees are also pretty rude and not friendly like the other Tim Horrons are

Horrible quality doughnuts and bad customer service
I got charged $20 for $10 worth of items, the Chi tea latte I was supposed to get ended up just being hot water with a bit of cinnamon, and I didn't receive my sandwich. The lady taking my order couldn't understand much English and keep trying to argue with me and refusing to let me get a hash brown at breakfast time. This had to be the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I was the only customer in the whole parking lot so there shouldn't have been any issues.

If I could give a zero I would first of all they pulled me from the drive thru and made me wait in the parking lot for 5 mins just to bring out the wrong drinks so the lady had to go back in and sent someone else out. Who also still brought out the wrong drinks.. at this point I'm very frustrated and opted to have my wife call later to get it fixed. They said they would replace the order today so I sent my wife in to get them and they hand her 2 shots of espresso and said thats all that was missing so that's all they will replace.... I ordered 2 caramel iced caps with 2 shots in each.. now I'm sorry but if I ordered espreyin a drink its for a REASON who wants to drink straight espresso.. you mesed my drinks up therefore the whole drink should be replaced am I wrong? Literally the number one worst experience I've ever had anywhere in general
