Have never had good experience with their customer service. Today was just another addition as they missed items in my order despite verbally repeating it correctly when ordering. Then wouldn’t allow me to either pay for the missed item at the window or just give me the right order I made. Instead would’ve made me drive around right back into the back of line for a mistake THEY made

The WORST location , the unattractive guy at the drive thru was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Definitely needs a new job if he doesn’t like working here. Go elsewhere and find another job if you read this.

The guy working the drive thru was as rude as he could be. My order was totally wrong and he basically told me to go away in fewer words. Do better, I was nothing but nice. Must’ve been a rough morning but I won’t be back to the sawmill rd location in Dublin, OH.

Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order a latte there is not froth on top. Plus, today they wouldn’t honor my coupon for any size hot or iced coffee because they don’t consider a latte coffee. So are you telling me they don’t make a latte with coffee grounds? The coupon does not say it excludes other hot coffee beverages. I’m confident I’m right on this one.

We ordered the chocolate glazed donut and they put the wrong donut in the bag. They just threw this donut inside of the main bag. And the icing on top rubbed off into the bag. GrubHub was on top of it though. Got my order in about 15 minutes.

I’ve been charged $4.78 for medium coffee which is I buy for $2.59 each morning, saw that after I left on my Apple Pay transaction record. Talked to people in there and they said “we don’t know about that”And my coffee wasn’t hot

I had the same experience, I saved my receipt and everything, I thought I was getting a coffee for a penny, and they have no way to remedy the situation. Nobody cares. No one to talk to there.

Thought I was getting a one cent coffee for national coffee day, and then they charge my card before they tell me that I needed to use the app for that. I tried to ask for the manager, but couldn’t get a hold of one

They gave me the wrong order the day before, and today. They didn't have onions and lettuce. Not satisfied.Edit:I came in the store this morning, no one said anything to me as I stand in the counter. They seem to care about the drive through customs.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time. Unfortunately it gets worse every time. Today I went drive through and got breakfast for me and my family. When asked for ice the lady was being rude and disrespectful. When asked again she gave me and attitude and talked about me with her coworkers in a foreign language. I do not recommend this location. Never again. SMH

Upon my last two experiences at this location, the service has been awful. They have gotten our order wrong both times after repeatedly being asked what we were ordering. No one speaks English so when asked if they have jam a manager had to come to give an answer, which was no. The register is unmanned until you wait at least 5 minutes. All of the seats are dirty with cleaning supplies out and about but unused. Drive to a different location it will still save you time.
