Really nice restaurant. To bad the service wasn't any good. Was the only customer. Ignored me. Had to get her attention. Sorry I interrupted her scrolling. Ordered an LG ice coffee with 3 cream. Couldn't even tell she added cream. Asked for more cream. She just rolled her eyes. The coffee was so old and bitter that I asked for more cream. That didn't even help. Just threw it in the trash

The employees at this Tim Horton provide very poor customer service. For the past two or three weeks, I've gone to this location two times a week, and every time I go, customer service is very poor. The cashiers see me standing at the counter waiting to order, but they walk back and forth in front of me without asking if they can help me. Their actions towards me seems to be, I don't care that you're standing there, I'll get to you when I get to you. I've decided to go to Einstein, where I pay a little more money but the service is great.
I guess you get what you pay for when you go to Tim Horton, poor service.

TIMs by WalMart is an excellent coffee shop and bakery . We buy there four times a week for breakfast take out. GREAT COFFEE ❗

On June 16, 2025, at around 8:45AM, I tried to redeem my points for a Vanilla Iced Capp. I ordered in the drive-thru as usual and when I arrived at the window, the woman working scanned my phone and just said “Okay”. I assumed that meant everything went through alright, since she never once told me a total. When I reached for my drink, she said “Payment did not go through”. I let her know I was redeeming my points for a free Iced Capp and she says “You can never use points for a flavor”. I have redeemed my Tim Hortons points before, and I always got an Iced Capp with a flavor. Regardless of that, I didn’t want to argue with her so I just asked if she could go back and just do a plain Iced Capp instead. She gave me a hideously dirty look and exclaimed “We already made it for you” in an irritated tone. I told her “Okay, I don’t want it then” and drove off. When I checked my Tim Hortons App today, I was quite alarmed to see that my points have now been reduced to 169, when I had over 1400 before. I did not receive a drink and I will not accept the treatment I received by this woman along with the reduction of 1250 points. Clearly the points did go through, so I’m not sure why she lied. I don’t know if she was planning on taking my money for herself or what. I’ve been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for years and I will never return back to the Bethel Road location because of this incident. I’m very disappointed in the amount of money I spent to get these points, just to have them stolen from me without a drink given to me.

Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.

We really like Tim Horton's. Good coffee. Fresh baked goods. Apple fritters were half the size of the fritters from DD.
Had a strange encounter with the person cleaning the restrooms who angrily asked if we flushed since "people shouldn't flush because it wastes water". Bizarre. But the coffee and pastries were good regardless.

I use to love going here but for some reason past few times my Sausage egg and cheese croissant has had shells in them or at least that's what i hope what is crunching like that smh
