They stop making food at 630 and sometimes before even if they close at 7pm. I've never gotten my drink made the same way when I go here even tho my coffee order is super simple, sometimes it's done well and others it's not even close.

I went to Tim Horton twice this week and both times the workers gave poor customer service. On both occasions the cashier made me a sandwich and just handed me the sandwich without putting it in a bag. I asked her for a bag, and instead of putting the sandwich in the bag, she just handed me a bag. She also gave me my coffee without a lid. I think that particular Tim Horton needs to train their employees on good customer service.

On more than one occasion I have ordered hot chocolate that was so watered down it just tasted like hot water. This has also happened at other Tim Hortons restaurants locally. It's very disappointing. I guess employees need better training on the hot chocolate machine.
I am giving Tim Hortons stars because they always get my order correct. lately fast food places just be throwing stuff in a bag, even when they repeat your order is still wrong! Not at this one. I come here and get the same thing every time ?. that is why I’m giving Tim Hortons a five out of five. thank you

Very disappointed in the ice Capp that was spoiled. Tasted rotted or like they don’t clean the machine. Called Tim Hortons corporate twice and manager never reached out to make it right. Very disappointed because I usually love Tim Hortons. I will not be going to this location. Also- try calling them from the # on google. It’s disconnected. I’m sure the owner does not even know.
