I will never get another breakfast sandwich from here! Constantly get egg shells I feel like reporting to health department. 2nd time I've gotten sick. Please make sure the cook is taking out these egg shells. They r hard and make people sick.

Children works here including the manager Randall. I’ve had problems with this Tim Hortons time after time. After time after time I just stop going they’re rude they overcharge you a coffee and it’s cold with coffee grinds this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, and I go to Tim Hortons every day

Just moved out the area and never had tim Hortons before. Hands down the best tasting bagels out there for a big name franchise. Its no New Jersey/New York bagel but it blows away dunkin and the rest of those types of places that have breakfast sandwiches.

I am still stunned that I was treated as poorly as I was as I come to this Tim Hortons regularly. Manager Jacob took my order for two bacon egg and cheese English muffin sandwiches, a donut, and a coffee. When I pulled up to pay I only got one sandwich. He came over to the window and told me that when he read it back to me I okayed it and that I was not going to be taken care of without going around and entering the line again. The thing is, he didn't read it back to me and I asked for receipt but was not given one. I just couldn't understand what I did wrong because I ordered it like I always do. Beatrice told me his name was Jacob. When I asked him to talk to me he just stood there and stared at me and then turned his back and refused to acknowledge me. Beatrice was the only helpful person in this situation. I truly still don't know what I did wrong but I've been working in customer service a long time and I greeted everybody with smiles and a friendly attitude the way I would want to be treated and I was treated horribly. Today is July 20th 2023 and my visit was right after 8:00 a.m. I am driving a white truck and I have a coral sweater on. I hope the GM looks at the surveillance for this interaction and reaches out to me. I really want to know what I did wrong to be treated like that. Because I've worked in customer service for so long, and have dealt with awful and abusive people, I never treat customer service workers poorly no matter what is going on in my day. Beatrice was the only one that treated me decently. Jacob had me driving away in tears.

This is not a "Karen" review, just a fed up customer who's been as patient as possible throughout the service industry disruptions...BUT,The server was beyond rude and appears to be hateful of her job here! I walked in smiling, and greeted her with "Hi, how ya doing?" She literally would not reply to me and just looked straight at her cash register...(rinse, repeat with other customers after me) I waited for her to ask for my order.... Nothing! So I proceeded to request my coffee order.... She completed it, placed the cups on the counter and walked away... Not a "Thank you or here's your order"... Nothing again until I asked for a ceramic mug ---"We don't use mugs anymore.". ..."Can I have a tray for my cups to take to the table?""Nope! We don't have trays either."The entire time I was thinking that maybe she was having a bad day and you never know what someone's going through, but she was not receptive to me trying to be kind to her, AT ALL?Then I attempted to complete the survey from the link on the receipt---go figure, that site failed with errors as well.WTH Hortons?!It's been a couple of years since I've gone inside this store.... My memory now triggers a very similar experience then too.Tim Hortons should be ashamed of allowing their customers to be treated so disrespectfully.... Whether there's hiring/employment issues or not. I've never been treated as rudely at ANY other retailer EVER (except another Horton store), as in these last 3 in store visits in 4 years!Won't EVER revisit this store again!

I love your guys iced caps and donuts and lunch items. I just ordered from there on Uber eats and I didn’t get the right timbits I got the sprinkles Timbits and not the sour cream timbits. The sprinkle timbits is not what I ordered

I would die without my morning coffee and boston creme. I go there so often my order is ready as soon as they see me. Way better priced than that other place! You can still get a small, medium, or large coffee by ordering in English instead of a foreign language!Parking: Lots of parking though I use the drive thru

I got there while I was still half asleep, and the cashier was super patient with me as I failed to relay my coffee order several times. Luckily there was no line yet. Walked out with coffee and timbits. Very tasty, thank you!
