This location has a management problem (clearly recurring if you read the reviews). The manager’s attitude about breakfast times is unnecessary. I watched her give attitude to a DoorDasher who was simply picking up an order. I order from this location often, but I won’t anymore. If breakfast hours are such a constant issue, put up clear signage or fix the process. Don’t take your frustrations out on customers or delivery drivers. Not worth the stress. Won’t be returning.

Haven’t been to this location in a while with the last memorable experience being the manager yelling at me and being very nasty i thought maybe things had changed i tried to order a breakfast sandwich and someone took over the mic yelling that breakfast was over at this location in a very sassy and angry tone you are rushed to be prepared at window even if you are the only customer i will stop going to this location service is always poor.

I come to this location almost everyday. I will no longer be coming to this location as everyday I get a blueberry red bull 8.4 fl oz which in a store cost $2.38 and at your location for this size red bull you charge $4.47 which is more than 2 dollars more than the actual cost but I don't mind paying for this but every single time the red bull is warm not cold as it should be when i voiced this to the person at the window his morning he just looked at me and said nothing. As I have stated this is every time I come it's warm this is a waste of money because who wants a warm red bull. They taste nasty when not cold. I am very unhappy with this as you are up charging so much that I should be able to get it cold not warm every single time. This needs fixed ASAP

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while now. Mostly early early mornings. And I’ll say, it is the most enjoyable experience. Everyone is so friendly, kind, prompt and cheerful (not over the top cheerful, just naturally pleasant and cheerful). I love coming in and being greeted and then the food is always top notch, and when there is some sort of issue, it is handled right away, and above what would be expected.

I come very early in mornings on the weekends and every time I come through the drive thru I am greeted with a fabulous, friendly, and welcoming hello good morning how can I help!! They are always a fast and so kind and I highly recommend giving everyone there a high five, 🙌 a raise and a thoughtful gift of gratitude!! Terrible service the employees are rude and will purposely ignore you and when you mention you have been waiting they will be even more rude telling you that you aren't a priority for them and they don't care even when the food has been done and you can see it just sitting there getting cold.

Women employee very loudly berated a fellow employee in a very rude harsh manor, in front of customers and the employee did not deserve it at all. I have worked in food service all my life and ni one deserves to be spoken to that way. The women employee should be given sensativiry training or fired. I will never eat here
