Terrible service the employees are rude and will purposely ignore you and when you mention you have been waiting they will be even more rude telling you that you aren't a priority for them and they don't care even when the food has been done and you can see it just sitting there getting cold.

Women employee very loudly berated a fellow employee in a very rude harsh manor, in front of customers and the employee did not deserve it at all. I have worked in food service all my life and ni one deserves to be spoken to that way. The women employee should be given sensativiry training or fired. I will never eat here

Get orders wrong half the time

I've always loved this location. Until the last 3 weeks.

The drive through is slow because no one bothers to answer it. When they do they are rude. I get to the window and my order (iced coffee with cream and 2 tim bits) isn't ready or right and the workers are on their cell phones.

Today i asked for a water because my toddler decided he was thirsty. They hey told me that for speed of service, they can't add to my order. Even a water. I'd have to drive around and order at the speaker.

They could really increase their speed of service. If they listened at the drive through window, got my order right, and were not on their phones. And my coffee was bitter and all cream.

This was iinfuriating.

I love the sour cream timbits !! I wish all the locations had them. Great donuts and great service.

Ordered a chicken Panini. It was handed to me and it felt so light like it was just bread. I took it home. I opened it. The bread is massive and there’s hardly any chicken or cheese or whatever they put in it. I had to scrape off the inside and put it all in one piece so it would be a normal sandwich.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience i have ever been a party to. As someone who wasn't familiar with the menu i pulled up to the drive thru to view it. The person over the mic rushed me multiple times even after asking for a moment to read through the options. She continued to rush me so we pulled around and went in. Upon coming in they started yelling and cussing at my husband who in turn cursed back. They refused to provide corporates number and as we left they yelled after us making fun of our weight. Overall a horrible experience and we did contact corporate. If you expect people to know exactly what they want as soon as the pull up why even have a menu in the drive thru lane?

If I could give no stars I would. We was in the drive through with no one else in line trying to decide what we want on the menu. The person speaking over the mic was rushing us and asked us what we wanted several times with in 30 seconds and then when my wife said please give us a min to decide the person on the speaker freaked out and started yelling at us. We pulled around went in to get contact info for their corporate. When we walked in their employees refused tell us any info and kept telling me I had to leave if we was gonna yell. I repeated I'm not yelling I want the corporate number (they was trying to gas light me into yelling so they could ask me to leave) I told them I'm not yelling I just want the number for your corporate which again they refused to give it to me and then told me my customer service was bad (when I'm the customer) Once they started talking about my character in front of everyone in the store I did curse at them where they proceeded to call us overweight and make fun of my wife's and mine size. Then a customer who knew one of the workers threatened to beat me up. We ended up finding their corporate number after we left and plan on reaching reaching out to a few contacts about a discrimination situation. We have no idea why the original person was started yelling at us because they had aggressive attitude from the start.

This location is so frustrating. I’ve tried numerous times coming here hoping for a better experience because Tim Hortons as a whole generally has food that I like and it’s reasonably priced. Today I was told by their rude drive through employee that I should not have placed a mobile order because a large order takes so long to prepare it’s going to be “quite a while” before it’s ready because there’s other orders ahead of me. For my $20 order. Okay whatever. Nothing new and actually a step up since this guy actually spoke and understands English. But of the 20 times I’ve come here over the last 3 years, maybe 3 times has my order been correct. So I’m actually done with this place and advise you avoid it like the plague. Take your business elsewhere.

Was greeted with a friendly welcome by the entire staff upon walking in. Set the tone for a great breakfast! Has to be my new favorite Tims.

Briasha (sp? I didn’t see her name well enough) and Elena are wonderful! That type of service isn’t easy to find nowadays. Thank you, B! Job well done ladies.
