Hot chocolate was watery and customer service was not good felt like a bother, your probably better off getting making it at home, but I will say they were very quick with their service

I recently visited a Tim Hortons drive-thru and had a disappointing experience, mainly due to the manager’s behavior. From the moment I pulled up to the intercom, it was clear the manager was anxious and rushed, making the ordering process extremely uncomfortable. Rather than giving me a moment to think about my order, I was pressured into deciding quickly, with the manager speaking in a hurried, almost frantic tone. It felt less like placing an order and more like being rushed through an assembly line.
What made it worse was the atmosphere this created among the employees. It was obvious they were on edge, likely because of the manager’s demeanor. The fear and stress were palpable. It’s disheartening to see a workplace where the staff seem afraid, especially at a place that’s supposed to be known for friendly service. A manager should foster a calm, positive environment for both customers and employees, but in this case, the opposite was true.
Overall, this experience left me feeling stressed rather than satisfied, and I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

The guy taking our order (morning of 9/8/24) was rude. He sounded very annoyed and spoke to us in a very pushy, curt manner. We were trying to just look at the menu to decide what we wanted, and we felt very rushed by him constantly asking if we were done ordering. We stopped our order halfway through because we felt so uncomfortable, and went to another place (Starbucks) so we could order our drinks.

I would like to say that you should never get the sweet tea from Tim Hortons when you drink it it’s not even sweat. Also it’s just terrible tea. Then when you smell it. It smells rotten so I would like a refund for my sweet tea or more for how poorly it was made

The staff at this location are exceptionally nice!
My complaint is with the food. Any time I've ever ordered a bagel at this location and asked for cream cheese, when I get the bagel, there is barely even any smeared on it. Literally not even a teaspoon worth! They charge an extra $1.69 for about 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese which is ridiculous! Even if you ask for extra - there's no more on the bagel. Talk about shrink-flation and price gouging!

I went and picked up an order through the drive thru and they were very nice. Unfortunately I’ve never had Tim Hortons food before, so when I got home, my boyfriend realized we had items we didn’t order and we were missing about half our order(2 farmers sausage wraps and a biscuit sandwich) so I went back to the store. I went inside and was helped by Kyle who was so helpful and got me the correct items. Kyle was very clearly helping to train someone who ended up being the person making the wraps. The man making the wraps was being very deliberate in making the wraps properly, which again makes me believe he’s in training. I was offered a donut or some timbits for the inconvenience, and I declined simply because mistakes happen. Especially in training. It’s a simple mistake and a simple fix which they immediately remedied. Thank you Kyle and team!

Be sure to check your food before leaving the restaurant. I received a very burned bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese. I feel like I wasted my money smh!

This location messes up my order every single visit without fail. Its an extremely simple order. I'll ask for a bacon, egg, cheese bagel and they'll give me sausage or vice versa. This visit I asked for a sausage, egg, cheese bagel and they gave me a bacon, egg, cheese croissant. The employees speak very poor English and cannot get orders correct. After this, I'm done wasting hard earned money here. I will not be returning.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE AND WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE.

I door dash here at lot and NEVER have I come here and my food be ready for pickup. Instructions say use the drive thru but everytime I come there its diffrent rules for pick up. I have went thru drive thru and came in and been told to use the opposite. Non consistent at all. Staff is rude and most of the time will let u place and order then act like they don't understand then make u place order with someone else. This staff lacks in true leadership.

This is my favorite Timmys location. They’re always super quick (compared to Dunkin down the street) and I get my drink/food ASAP! I’ve been here about 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I loved the man today who took my order and got my half dozen donuts & latte. Tall Caucasian guy with a hoop earring, was kind, fast and had a lovely personality. I wish I could’ve tipped him! I’m always going here from now on.
