10/10 the people here are not the most outwardly friendly, however, they all seem to genuinely care is you actually get that you wanted. They are quick and efficient while ensuring accuracy. Everything is fresh and the inside is clean so whether you grab food and go or eat in, it's a pleasant experience.

Disappointed in this location and will never be back again. Food is always a mess but today was ridiculous my daughter went to use a coupon she earned at school for free Timbits and the staff said it expired in 2024 I said no it was printed in 2024 but the lady was so rude and walked away not letting us use it. I’ve uploaded coupon here. Please share with staff the difference between printing and expiration. Today is 9/5/25 @8:10am.

We don’t have a Tim Horton near us, but we were driving through and had to grab a pumpkin spice donut today because my daughter absolutely loves them. She was not disappointed!

I am a regular customer and come here almost every morning. The only issue I have with this location is that I like my coffee hot, but I keep getting cold coffee. Please make sure you are serving fresh, hot coffee. I just left 10 minutes ago, and as soon as I took a sip, it was cold, not even warm. The staff should be able to feel the heat of the coffee when they hand it to customers. I will write a review every day I'm served cold coffee until this changes

I come here once a week and the staff are rude every time. Not just unprofessional, flat out rude. No customer service etiquette.
EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. The lady in the front taking my order, didn’t understand one thing that I said because she only spoke Spanish. Why have someone in the front that don’t even know English . I told them multiple times that multiple things were wrong and they would still come back with the wrong thing. Worst experience. Worst then McDonald’s . Never again .

Horrible service! Purchased coffee and a bagel. Would not give sugar or napkins on the side. They were hesitant to even give the bathroom key. Did not seem a friendly place at all.

Ordered a bagel, doubled toasted with cream cheese and a chocolate glazed donut. This is the closest location to where I live and this has happened on MULTIPLE accounts in the past 2 months. Donut is always good. However, the bagel is not. Above is what I order for the bagel and every time I order it from this location, it is NEVER toasted and maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese. That amount is not worth the $1.30 extra they charge for adding cream cheese to a BAGEL. Other Tim locations double toast my bagels and SMOTHER it in cream cheese to the point I can have enough cream cheese for 2 bagels. Severely disappointed in this location.

From out of town and decided to give it a try... we are sorry we wasted our money. The hash browns were drowning in oil and lacked seasoning. They were out of scrambled eggs for the breakfast wrap so substituted it with some sort of green yolked hard boiled egg creation. Insert barf face. Couldn't order any of the 3 featured coffee drinks advertised throughout the building because they didn't have the syrup they needed to make it.
