This is the worst Tim Hortons in Ohio. Their management at this location lies and under portions to save their food cost. The bacon everything bagel comes with 3 pieces of bacon at every other location, this one cuts one piece into thirds, meaning it’s not worth 9 freaking dollars for 2 eggs and one piece of bacon. Somebody from corporate needs to secrete shop this place. I have been to every other location and this one does it every single time even with me calling them out several times. You are opening yourself up to a law suite by false advertisement. Fire the owner and general manager, your bonus isn’t worth screwing over your customers.

I always have great service here. My one complaint would be that the amount of cream cheese offered with a bagel is usually pretty stingy, and when I asked for more I was charged an extra $1+. Even with "extra" it was about the amount I'd expect to have gotten in the first place. I do enjoy the coffee and the speedy, friendly service though.

Don't stop here if you want to use a restroom and order inside the establishment. Boycott this Tim Hortons. They care more about the people in there car and electronic orders. Not the people standing in front of them. Hire more employees or close the store.

There baker that was there he name was filo and he was the best baker ever tim hortons will never had a other baker again like him he was at this location from 2017 to January 17 2024 and the boss man just let him go that why it's going more down and the Hispanic guy that works the widows was better than the baker was told so know if u guys see that if u do ur works right and paid him what he's worth then wouldn't lost someone with the passion and haves been with tim hortons know over 20years know that's bad

Stopped in around noon on a Monday after an appointment in the area. One other customer in the shop. I ordered coffee & donuts to go. My donuts were good, but my coffee was lukewarm. The staff seemed busy and definitely not happy to see a customer.

Bad policy store! Doesn't allow the use of Bathrooms for traveling highway guests unless they purchase something! I was getting beside the shop to purchase bagels and coffee for 5 passengers as we stopped for breakfast, needed to wash my hand in the bathroom first! However their bad policy forced me not to get anything from them and we won't to the Waffle House across the street! I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a coffee with one cream, and it looked like milk. When I went back inside to have it remade, they were fine, but when I took off in my car after I checked, and it looked OK, it wasn’t even warm, almost as if they gave me cold, coffee

Got my order this morning. I ordered the 2 for 6.00 Bacon Eggs and Cheese English Muffin, the Hispanic guy working the drive thru acknowledged my order. He said “ you want to the Bacon Egg Cheese English Muffin” I said “ yes”. I get to the drive thru window and pay for my order. I asked the Muslim girl for some strawberry jelly and she said “25 cents” how outrageous… I left and halfway down the road I noticed my order is wrong. I asked for Bacon and not Sausage, morning is ruined. I was given a refund but I will not be returning to the this location. The issue isn’t the messed up food the issue is that Tim Hortons has 85 million dollar net worth. And they’re charging 25 cents for packets of strawberry jelly. So, that is the issue that ruined the whole experience. Like you all aren’t broke or small time. Your company is a major player in the fast food breakfast business. Will never return to this location.

This Tim Hortons is in close proximity to my office, I stop in pretty frequently. The staff is always very friendly and the gentleman who regularly works the drive through is great! Always makes sure my order is correct. Best Tim Hortons in the area.
