Our experience here has been mixed, although today there was someone in the drive through who was capable. A friendly comment and a smile from the cashier go a long way in making someone’s day brighter. I should have got his name. Nice job this time.

Extremely rude employees that don't care about customer service at all. Don't go if you are reading this (I doubt anyone reads Tim Hortons reviews before going, but who knows).

I have filed a complaint with Tim Hortons corporate already as well, which I'm sure their auto reply system will apologize and then tell me to file a complaint on their website.

Interesting to read all the other reviews about the bad service and rude employees. It's almost like a business should change and remove people who don't take care of customers or they are doomed to lose those customers.

I won't be back.

8 /19 /2025 girl in drive-through window is rude and not intelligent at all to be taking any kind of an order even a coffee. This is as polite of words I can use will not be back. The one on the mic that you speak with going through the drive-through dumb

Constantly mess up the order no matter how clear i try to make it, and then refuse to fix it at the window and make you go through the drive thru again. Incompetent and a waste of time

I’m not one to leave A review, but after being disrespected the way I was this morning, I really cannot help myself. I’ve been an everyday customer at this Tim Hortons for the past 2 1/2 years. Coming through the drive-through this morning and pulling up to the speaker I was not greeted. I sat for five minutes, waiting for somebody to get on the speaker and ask me for my order. I eventually pulled up to the window thinking that maybe the speaker was broken .. before saying anything, the lady at the window swung it open and told me we don’t take orders at the window. I told her that I understood but nobody greeted me back there and I was sitting there for five minutes. She continued to tell me that they do not take orders at the window and that I needed to go around. I chuckled, thinking that she was just joking with me and she looked me in my face and told me that this is not a joke. She is not being funny that I needed to go back around to get my order taken. So unprofessional so rude so disrespectful … I honestly just couldn’t even believe it being that I see this lady every single day when I come through just how absolutely disgusting she was treating me.. After going back-and-forth for a good 10 seconds, she proceeded to tell the employee behind her get her espresso shot.. I was so thrown off by the whole situation that I just pulled off and I will never be back again. I honestly just do not think disrespectful unprofessional people should be working a drive-through window dealing with every day people. Not cool at all.. it honestly makes me so sad and it ruined my entire day. In my opinion, the lady needs a new profession.

This has become my go-to Tim Hortons. I started coming here because it's right by my work, but now I go there all the time because the people who work there are so great, and so friendly, and I've never had a single problem with anything I order! For some reason, the other Tim Hortons I used to go to all the time cannot seem to make my coffee drink correctly anymore, and I just gave up going there. This one has never had any problems. I usually get a large mocha iced coffee, 2 creams, and 2 sugars, and they make it perfect every time. At the other Tim Hortons, I usually have to go with 3 creams and 3 sugars, and it's still not right. I usually end up having to go home and use my own creamer to get it right. Highly recommend!

I went through the drive-thru when I pulled up to the window I handed the gentleman my coupon he said that he could not take it because I did not tell the order taker that I had the coupon I asked him what I needed to do and he proceeded to tell me that I had to pull back around and reorder my coffee please keep in mind there was absolutely no one else in the Drive-Thru I then had to proceed to pull off and pull back around to the order speaker and tell them I had a a coupon for a coffee that was already sitting at the window waiting on me
